The service was alright. They did say to contact them if any questions but when I did I got no reply so they didn't follow up after you where seen as they said they would.
Absolutely amazing experience today at Framar. The Asyra test was so interesting. Katrina was so knowledgeable, warm and compassionate. She really knows her stuff. Wouldn’t hesitate to book in here.
Allergy testing. A simple & easy booking process. Staff are very pleasant and very knowledgeable when asked any questions. Testing picked up on the main things I'm intolerant to aswell as others. Looking at the list of others that affect me I can relate to incidents when I have been affected after ingesting these foods. A simple highly recommended service that I will do with all family members.
Suffering from headaches and had a very stiff neck and shoulders, Cathy was amazing you could feel Cathy working out the knots and the muscles becoming relaxed. 100% recommend
Sineaid was so lovely and made Jack who's 10, very much at ease. She was very good at explaining the process and steps to move forward with a new plan for him. She also was great at answering all my queries in reference to dairy free.

Sinead was super welcoming, informative and helpful! Definitely recommend to anyone that thinks they have a food intolerance. I have been to the doctor's and hospital for years and Sinead helped me in 30 minute's! More than 5 stars is required!
The staff have no empathy whatsoever. At a vulnerable time in my life when regular doctors could not help, I turned to homeopathy in desperation, only to find a patronising, rude and dismissive attitude. Then 'I am sorry you feel that way' response was not acceptable. Go to Helios online to source the meds instead they have more choice and their customer service is much more appropriate.
Incrediblly knowledgeable and friendly staff, who have always went the extra mile to find a solution. Have a great arrangement of healthy snacks which are vegan friendly to! The praticioners in the clinic are incredible and have helped both my wife and I previously and now that we have a son he will be down for a little MOT and of course mummy for a massage! Overall a brilliant place, that has established itself with customer care as their leading priority!
