   DO NOT GET YOUR NOSE PIERCED IN HERE worst experience ever I went there as my first time ,got the best explanation thought everything was gonna be alright then I asked one of the staff what happens if the piercing falls off she had the AUDACITY to say "it shouldn't fall off but if it falls off just put it back in". After 3 days the piercing fell off,nose started bleeding tried to put it on myself -bad idea went back there to explain what happend they didn't care at all about my accident,they got to do it with a gun and even when I asked them to give me my money back they refused or when I told them if they can put the piercing abcknon themselves they said they shouldn't so I got a unhealed nose with no piercing and have to wait 6 months to heal it. Never ever coming here as they werent even being understanding of my situation.

   Not been in for years. So over priced now days for the quality you get, people trying on earrings in the shop then put them back and staff don't say anything. Messy and not very clean. Staff were ok but didn't offer a bag for items had to add on after. Not impressed.

   Store manager lady was lovely on the phone and in person. Hannah gave a great service in piercing my 8 year old son's ears. Great atmosphere, and customer service. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars!

   Overpriced accessories. But my main concern is their ear piercing service. I've had 2 piercings done here both experience leaving me with infections. Nose piercings shouldn't be done with a gun. They need to use needle. I recommend going to a tattoo/piercing shop as they carry out piercings properly and never had a problem there. Prices for children's earrings is also beyond ridiculous for piercing for the tinies earrings. I recommend if your getting child's ear pierced not to get tiny sleepers as they get inbedded in the piercing.
