   Got my daughter’s ears pierced from here. She is six months old. The staff were extremely unfriendly and rude. They pierced my babies earring wrong then blamed me and my husband for it because we shouldn’t get it pierced at the same time with two people. My experience was horrible. My baby has now two holes In one ear when she should have one. They kept blaming us when they are not trained to pierce babies ears.

   I had a very disappointing experience at Claire’s with an employee named Rachel. From the very beginning, she was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked about getting my daughter’s ears pierced. Instead of helping, she pointed me toward another colleague, who was actually very kind and polite. When the piercing began, my daughter became upset and started crying. A few minutes later, Rachel abruptly told me I needed to pay for the earrings since the package had already been opened. I completely understood that policy and agreed to pay, but her tone and attitude throughout the process were unprofessional and unpleasant. After I paid, she placed the earrings in a bag instead of proceeding with the piercing. I explained that I had paid with the expectation of completing the service, but she still treated us with attitude. Overall, Rachel made the entire experience stressful and uncomfortable. Thankfully, her colleague was kind and helpful, but Rachel’s behavior left me very dissatisfied with the service.

   I had such a lovely experience at Claire’s in Romford thanks to Natalie! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and made me feel completely at ease. I was a bit nervous about getting my ears pierced, but she walked me through the whole process and was so reassuring!

   It was third time lucky today for my daughter getting her ears pierced. She has been too anxious in the past but the two ladies in the Romford store really put her at ease today. They were patient and kind, explained what was going to happen each step of the way and even allowed my daughter to cuddle a squishmallow when they were piercing the ears. My daughter came out with a beaming smile and even said how lovely the girls were. Thank you!

   I had my ears pierced here and not only were the earrings amazing in clairs but so were the staff! My piercer was Zoe and she was amazing, made sure all the information was clear and was all around lovely. I hope to see her on my next visit

   It's a bit of a mess today in store, but sometimes that can not be helped if customers have no respect. There were only 2 staff on shift that I saw, and one of them was busy with a new piercing... therefore, the other had to serve at the tills, leaving no one to manage to store or help customers. It is a Saturday, so this might reflect the numbers of customers making the store busy, but the business should have at least another staff available. The stores are all relevantly small.... so it's difficult to manoeuvre within.... especially if you're pushing a pram or if you're a wheelchair user

   had my ear pierced (thirds done) 3 weeks 3 days ago, absolute joke the cleaning lotion for your ears doesn’t work, at the back of one of my ears is sorta infected now have to use salt water to help this has never happened to me before when i got my seconds done they was just fine. wouldn’t recommend coming here go to an actual piercing shop if your going to get ur ears pierced

   Awful people !!! Went for my daughter’s ear piercing they didn’t warn me that I should get both done at the same time my daughter got horrified!!! Ended up having only one ear pierced !!

   Never been here but the fact they wanted charge me £52 quid to get my daughters ears pierced is a joke!!! Took her to a tattoo parlour and get them done for half the price.

   very cramped and small could not find everything i would of liked. when me and my friend went to pay we were very unimpressed when the price of 2 sets of chokers a frendship necklaces and 3 headbands came to 30 pounds so very overpriced. when i got home my frenship necklace broke and was unfixable. my friends chockers all broke and were all unfixable the quality of the products was very poor considering the price i would advise you not to go there.
