Five star service from Urban Stems. Despite being closed for a bank holiday, Christina (?) came into the shop on her day off and made me up the most gorgeous bouquet. Definitely recommend for their friendly customer service as well as their beautiful, fresh flowers. Photo does not do justice
Would really recommend this place. Staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help even if it’s last minute. Urban stems was recommended to me and I got flowers for Mother’s Day and my mum loved them. Really reasonably priced too. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend who just had a baby. The bouquet was beautiful. It was obvious that a lot of thought and care had gone in to making it. The customer service was excellent, and they delivered the same day. I was also able to order a soft toy for the baby, which was great. I would highly recommend this business.
