Been using these guys for years! Around 10 years roughly & I had heard lots of things about the staff being rude but had never experienced it until today which was very disappointing especially being a long term customer im not one to usually complain or post anything but I couldn't get over the man's attitude today I have never been spoke to so rudely about wanting to order some of the stock they already had there for collection the same day or next day.This was a last minute order but I wasn't asking for them to order me anything actually in I wanted some stuff put aside from there stock not a big deal for any other wholesalers so we will keep our bussiness for the other wholesalers. Very disappointed and to be honest I don't think they will even care about this review with the attitude I seen today
Quite possibly the rudest and most arrogant people I've met. I've had a trade account for quite some time but none of the staff are helpful, I've had the phone put down on me, when I've visited the shop the staff have made me cry twice. Emails aren't replied to. They only seem interested in long standing customers. An absolute embarrassment of a business
Absolutely amazing wholesalers, been using these guys for quite a while and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The nicest guys about always happy to help and get you anything you need the stock is amazing and there isn't a thing they don't have***BEST IN THE BUSINESS****
The guys are always super helpful and go out of their way to order something specific in if required. Kevin is really knowledgeable on flower types and highly recommend. Great team!
