   I popped into Accessorize today to repierce my 1st and 2nd lobe holes. Sarah was beyond amazing, saving me £££ from repiecing as she managed to get an earing through all 4 holes! I just know that anywhere else they would have pierced them again and charged the full amount. Instead I just bought a normal pair of earrings in store (which also had 70% off!) and Sarah popped them in for me and gave me an aftercare product too. I honestly can not thank Sarah enough. Truely made my day. Thank you!!

   Whilst shopping today was spoken to by extremely rude members of staff! I am an NHS worker and wanted to use my blue light card (states on their website they accept this) and the lady serving me, alongside her manager coldly told me no and wouldn’t accept the fact that it clearly says this on both their own and the blue light cards’s website!

   Bluewater branch was bright, organised and well stocked. Some reductions but quality means its not cheap. Level access, some items stocked at floor level or even overhead which was a bit odd! Gains a star for staffing being helpful and entire shop being well lit.
