I went in today without a booking, requesting a nostril piercing. Was asked to come back in around 30 minutes as they were busy, totally fair enough. First impressions weren't great, the place wasn't as nice as I expected. It also took about 10 minutes before I was approached. Went back and a large group had arrived in the meantime and were being taken first. I was later asked if I wanted 'silver or gold', I was surprised as I have multiple visible piercings all in white gold. I was handed a case of jewellery to look at, I tried to ask questions as I specifically wanted a high quality flat back labret and received a sharp response, then she walked off. Fair enough, she was clearly stressed and kept saying she had told too many people to come back later, like she had done with me. I sat for a minute unsure what I was meant to do, then went back up to try and get her attention as I didn't understand what kind of jewellery this was. I explained that I had come here because the socials had said the jewellery was all high quality. She said she could pierce me with a piece but order something better and switch it over. Shecexplained she would bend the studs into a corkscrew shape even though I had said I didn't want that as its not recommended anymore. The poor quality jewellery and advice to switch it out early in the healing process were huge red flags for me so I politely said I wouldn't be proceeding and left. I was really disappointed in this experience. I had sent in an enquiry for a tattoo last week, haven't heard back yet but have already decided this studio isn't for me, so will go elsewhere for that also.
Elaine, Erin and Lee were all brilliant and very accommodating and made me feel super comfortable immediately walking in the door. All knowledgeable and tale the time to talk you through your experience. I'm so satisfied with Elaine's help I would never go anywhere else from now on
Lovely staff and studio, super cosy vibes. Have had two tattoos from Lauren and she was amazing! the loveliest person, really made me feel looked after and chatted away during our sessions which was a great distraction from the pain. Am over the moon with both tattoos as well as the experience and the service from Lauren has kept me coming back for more!
She was so helpful and considerate while piercing me, will definitely go back!
I have had a couple of piercings from this studio before. Attention to detail is amazing but I recently got snake bites and the attention to detail we above and beyond where my piercings have been measured out to be as even as possible it was a quick and painless experience with great aftercare instructions, would highly recommend to anyone for piercings!
Took my 3 daughters and 2 nieces down to Elaine for ear piercings. Elaine was so calm with each one of them, talked them through everything that they felt so at ease. She was so clean and thorough after each procedure. Will definitely be back for more!
Brought my 16 year old daughter to get her Septum pierced, Lee and Elainecwere outstanding. They were so professional and totally put her at ease. Nompain what so ever and no problems afterwards. Would definitely return & definitely recommend.
