Ordered takeaway...small kebab and large kebab...1 with nan 1 with pitta, ...arrived stone cold, both were in pitta bread not as ordered...£19.50 straight in the bin....DEFINITELY WILL NOT USE AGAIN. Their reviews are marked as 5*, totally fictitious I WOULD NOT give 1*.
I normally don't complain but I couldn't eat this it is just too greasy the base is that wet I can't eat it
Very disappointing. Ordered food at 8pm which still hadn’t arrived by 9:30, so I rang them and they told me the driver just left it shouldn’t be long.. still waiting for my order 26 hours later hahaha what a joke
Never had a problem until now pizza came looking it had been on its side and this is supposed to be a 1 inch pizza six slices rang up to complain and refused to change it as every one has there own style of cutting
Absolutely favourite takeaway of mine in Stoke at the moment. The pizza is the best around, no exaggeration. The chips are so crunchy but soft and so delicious. The sfc chicken is so flavourful, it’s got a different flavour from other fried chicken I’ve had locally so it seems they’ve got a different batter they make it with. I highly recommend this place if you’re feeling a good quality takeaway. Usually no one in my house goes back for leftovers the next morning but everyone keeps asking for it with this one! The only thing I’d say is they don’t read the notes when I write some in foodhub but give them a call and they’re very friendly and happy to assist.
We had food delivered from here a few times recently and it's been consistently good and fairly quick delivery.

Cold and extremely late food again, rude customer service, (well if you can call it customer service) rang up and complained, told I will get some credit off my next order. Just rang up for my next order a week after the complaint, I was told I've already claimed my credit, and ive constantly asked for a credit on all my past orders. (Never had credit) don't offer an apology credit and then have ago at the customer for asking for what was promised, don't abuse the customer Complete joke , just lost a good repeat customer. Don't bother with your reply as it'll be complete bull.
Absolutely gorgeous food!!! Piping hot and fresh, and big portion size too, definitely be ordering again , 10/10 from me. Totally recommend
We ordered food at 8 o'clock we ordered a £7.50 meal box content was 3 chicken strips, 3 chicken nuggets, donameat, 1 chicken breast. We obviously collected it and the shop was empty no customers. Me and my mum ate the food. 2 hours later we both was on the the toilet having serious diarrhea and sickness. We phoned the take away "this is the first time anyone has ever complained about food poisoning at my store". We will NEVER be ordering from that store again!
