A very average place. More veggie & vegan options than most pizzerias which is nice to see. More vegan dessert options please.
Order from here most of the time but our recent order was awful. Pizza was really thin with next to no sauce. Resembled cardboard. I never minded the price before for an occasional treat with the kids but I won't be ordering again. Shame as the food used to be great quality and the delivery is top notch.
A lady was working there all by herself and my goodness she got the job done. Me and my friends all ordered pizzas and each of them were out in under 5 minutes, service was great the bbq chicken pizza was amazing. Also doing a lot of deals on their pizzas which is a plus, great food thank you.
The hygiene was appalling. One guy came in scratched his beard and touched his hair and wiped snot off his nose and didn't wash his hands or put on gloves. He proceeded to prepare the food and cut already made pizzas. I felt sick. If I could leave zero stars I would I have seen rats eating in better conditions.
Made a formal complaint, due to poor service at this store. I went into this store on 1st Sept 25 around 18:00. To place an order for a Five pound deal pizza, your business are doing with three. I explained the app with refers your to your website isn’t clear or show the deal. The staff were clueless and kept stating they don’t do any deals with three. Couldn’t help, I went off to navigate the offer which took 15minutes to figure out. What I find very poor is that staff supposed to be trained on what deals and promotions you have, the fact they claim they don’t know the deals they offer or cannot offer any assistance is dreadful. I waited quite some time after placing my order, other people had placed their orders after me but being served. Will it be using this business, you might want to train your staff on the all offers and promos you do. Received no response, regarding my complaint was sent, a survey so comment at the top stating “ didn’t do a survey” Click on survey received an error message stating I have left review when I hadn’t.
The restaurant lies, say they will order one thing and do the opposite. Despite further lies that they tried inform in due course this is incorrect and call logs prove no such responce. Poor service in responce to live complaint, hanging the phone up despite cohernt sensible arguementation without aggressive tone and a terribly horrific customer experience overall.
Nothing wrong with the food - foods fine. Got spoken to like dirt by whoever I called to ask why my order was marked as delivered 5 minutes before the call, and then had it implied I was lying about how long ago I ordered even though the time I ordered was on the tracking page… wasn’t even bothered about the delivery time - food takes time to cook, common sense. Just didn’t appreciate the attitude of the person speaking to me.
Pap Johns used to be our first choice for Pizza, but last time we had a very disappointing experience. It maybe down to the cost of ingredients but pizzas had no topping compared to the previous ones. I hope you had charged us more but had not reduced your quality to such poor standard. There was almost no chicken on the chicken club or any meet on the works.
Avoid this one if you can. Strange business practice - holding refunds for out of stock items and promising them on next orders. Manager is always away, must be a quiet house. Had to contact HQ for 2 ice-creams
