   Excellent service from all the staff at the Trent Vale Dominos. A warm welcome on arrival at the store, I was served by a girl called Nancy who helped me get the best deal for what I was buying, everyone working there are really nice. Can’t wait to go back and order more! 5 ⭐️

   Excellent service , I phoned up to place an order very nice man on the phone I believe his name was Andy and was quick to take my order , then 20 mins later it arrived at my door! Very great full for a speedy service and to the delivery driver!

   Manager- Andy is incredibly rude ans incompetent. Their delivery driver delivers to the wrong address, says they attempted to call despite no missed calls, bar one from the restaurant itself Then has the sheer audacity to tell me that I would need to repay for delivery. My partner explained that she is disabled be told," I don't care" Insolent tone on the phone and incredibly aggressive and hostile attitude.

   Order from here regularly. Quick delivery, hot and fresh. All good. Usual issue of not enough tomato sauce on the garlic pizza bread, but still lovely. Deals on all the time so you can sort out the whole family on a budget. Cheers guys ☺️

   Unwilling to co-operate with a simple request. We called less than 1 minute after ordering simply asking if we could change the base from tomato to BBQ. We were told no as they had already been put in the oven - granted if it really was already in the oven then it’s bloody quick service… I asked if they could put in another instead, given that we had called plenty quick enough, only to be told rudely “if you want to pay for it as well, yeah”. Just really poor customer service skills which does not necessarily reflect on the minimum wage staff but rather the incompetent management, I suspect.
