Sarah & her new team are fantastic! cooks the pizzas amazingly & always quick on getting the order ready. Lunch time menu is such good value!
I'm not sure why I keep giving this place second chances. 40 minute wait for 2 pizzas. There was no-one else around. Is this considered normal? Also the Brie and Bacon pizza was missing bacon. Ultimately the food was fine but not nearly as good as the prices would justify.
Walked into Pizza Hut expecting to order in-store, but was immediately told it would be cheaper online. I explained that since I was already there, I’d prefer to just order directly and be looked after in-branch. The pricing on the sign suggested it was only a couple of pounds extra per pizza, but then I was told it would actually be nearly double the price. That felt misleading, so I decided not to go ahead and took my business to Domino’s instead. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not very customer-friendly.
Excellent pizzas, even a delicious gluten free option and the delivery is great.
We have had a few pizzas from here. Usually very nice. Flavours were good. Unfortunately everything was stone cold when we received our food. Had to heat up wedges in microwave. Shame usually ok very surprising as we are only 5 minutes away from Wheeping Cross
Terrible service. Ordered pizzas including gluten free. Take the money then call to say they have none and we have to call customer services tomorrow for refund. If they can't do a refund they should at least call you when they can, not make you chase your own money!
Don't know why this has such a low rating, could be to do with needing delivery drivers. Just had a very patient employee help me with ordering my vegan pizza. £9.99 XL large pizza for collection, can't go wrong. Recommended fully.
