   Came in for new year lunch as a family. Left for ages to order drinks, then told most were out of stock. Olives never arrived and we had to chase them, then they were brought with our food. Food was fine, pizzas went down well and pasta dishes were average but sufficient. Then waited ages for any member of staff to clear our plates. They took half then left for ages before coming back to take the rest and give dessert menus. No staff member came to take our order. We had to go and find someone to get our bill. I'm not sure why people work in a restaurant when they don't want to bother serving customers. Overall, very disappointed. We won't be back.

   Went for dinner and a couple of drinks, food took a long time to come out, I had prescuttio carbonara,it was well over cooked to the point of being burnt, but also cold and dry, complained to member of staff who was very pleasant and professional who took it away and brought another one, unfortunately this was almost as bad except the reverse it was under cooked, pasta was still hard and was also not very warm ( although warmer than previous attempt), also had a side pizza of mozzarella and caramelised onion, there was one piece that had any on the rest was just pizza dough,this also was replaced and the second one was better, partner had a calzoni which was tiny ( about the size of a Cornish pasty) which for the price was unacceptable, the saving grace was when these things were mentioned to the manager she very kindly said we had nothing to pay as she agreed it wasn't good enough so fair enough, I would eat here again as food is normally great, but from what I could tell there's been a few changes in the restaurant, so probably wait a while till they get there act together

   Zizzi's is lovely with a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. We were in there a while but the place was incredibly busy and we were chatting so it was fine. The food was delicious, hot and full of flavour. We had the set menu which I thought was great value for money and loads of choice. Would definitely go again.

   Great fresh and tasty food in this lovely Zizzi location. Was met by a kind and really polite manager on arrival and promptly shown to a table of choice. Waitress was fantastic and really attentive to us serving us the drinks and food as soon as it was ready. Overall a really positive experience and as we are frequent visitors to Zizzi we can say the food was spot on too and to our taste as we liked!

   Great experience. Our waitress Eva was lovely. We were sat near the kitchen where we could see the pizzas being prepared and cooking, it was easy to order and pay on the app and the food came quickly and all together. All the food was delicious and will definitely visit again.

   Lunch today -thought the food was a bit expensive for lunch but would have been on par for evening meals. We ended up sharing a pizza (duo verde - vegetarian one) and fries and had coffee. The coffee was very nice and the food was absolutely fantastic, really enjoyed it and there was enough for both of us to feel full. We will definitely be back, probably for an evening meal out. The service was excellent, very friendly waiter. Would recommend for a decent evening meal (or a posh lunch) and the free pasta crisps were lovely too.

   Very good! Easy parking, really close by. Warm welcome by friendly greeter. Not too busy or noisy. Fast service, food was excellent, one mistake was quickly rectified and taken off the bill. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. Table of 6 everyone was happy. Well done.

   Good food. Good service. We had a voucher so felt like we got good value for money but not sure we would have the same feeling if we had paid full price. Everything was great and friendly staff made the evening a pleasant experience
