   This is probably my tenth order so far everyone was very well mannered on the phone, but Then this guy just comes out of nowhere, with absolutely down right horrible idea of a jay customer service is. From not listening to just hanging up after he is said his piece, I don’t know if that one guy was having bad day, but try remember he same voice of the guy whom closed the shop early cause they started cleaning, cause Imran’s order and said if he there around. 2am and he said ok hung up and when I got hour and half before they actual Closing time, he refused to start the order.

   The first order I placed was actually half-decent. When I made a second order and went to collect (at the time the order was due by), I waited 20 minutes for it. When it was finally handed over and I took it home, the fries had barely been cooked and were practically inedible. I called the store and was unable to have a proper conversation as our spoken English was at two different levels. I was (I think) offered a refund, which I would have thought was quite simple after I ordered directly through Caprino’s website and paid online, but this has not been forthcoming. I raised a complaint via contact form on Caprino’s website and they didn’t bother to respond. I have messaged via Instagram and sent an email to the only email address and have not had a response. That no review seems to have a response from the owner says it all. Contemptuous attitude by the owners who are presumably happy to pocket the cash. It is therefore probably fair to say that Caprino’s care as little about their customers as they do the quality of their food. I won’t be a repeat customer despite my first order being so promising. “What dishes do you recommend to others?” None of them. Eat somewhere else.

   Unfortunately ordered two large pizzas via Deliveroo. Took almost 1 hour and 30 minutes. The driver was also lost and could not follow simple instructions. The very rash guy at the store kept lying that it will be 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes. A different storey every time. Finally received the pizzas and they are not deep Pan. They use their own drivers for uber and Deliveroo so no tracking. Do not waste your time. Never ever again ….

   DEAD FLY ON MY PIZZA. absolutely disgusting service, I was halfway through eating my pizza and noticed a dead fly. I called the restaurant straight away to complain and the customer service was appauling. The worker didnt apologise once and blamed ME and said it was my fault not his, he refused to take any accountability. Why would I place a dead fly on MY OWN food? He refused to replace my pizza or give me a refund and said "well I know better than you" The way he spoke to me was absolutely dosgusting and unacceptable. He also said "we do get flies but not those type of flies and we have a fly inspector" a fly inspector isnt even a real job?? please do not order from here because clearly they allow flies to crawl all over the food.

   Got buy one get one free offer. On Tuesday. Lady on phone was a absolute angel. Understanding helpful pizzas very nice. For offer but. Not lot beef on Mexican hot. Very limited beef. But on 12.99 2 can't complain

   If you want undercooked pizza. Most welcome. Just opened in Wellingborough decided to try. Came undercooked !! Disgusting !! Never ever again !! And no even refund !!! 20 pounds to the air !!! And employees don't understand English !!! We get another pizza. It came 9pm around. It was undercooked as well. ! To talk about complaint I had to talk with 3 people there as no one understands anything !
