   I hadn’t been to Pizza Hut for a while due to a poor experience in the past, but I decided to give it another try at a different branch. This location really delivered. The customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in, and the manager was lovely. I visited with my two boys as a little treat before they head back to school. We all opted for the buffet. The kids went for the full package, which included unlimited soft drinks, pizza, salad, and ice cream. I had the adult buffet meal. Altogether it came to £31, which I thought was good value, especially as fresh pizzas were brought out every few minutes thanks to it being busy. The restaurant was clean, the staff were attentive and helpful, and the salad bar was well stocked with fresh ingredients. The only downside is that you have to pay at the start via QR code. It even prompts you to leave a tip there and then — but why would I tip before I’ve actually experienced the service or food? Unfortunately, that means you can’t tip the team afterwards, which is a shame as they work very hard.

   The only positive thing I can say about this branch is the staff were really polite , pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere is dated, and feels old. I remember 20 years ago this place would have been packed . Pizza Hut has definitely had its day and not moved at all with the times . Half empty which speaks volumes. The reason it is so empty is the quality of the food . We have so much choice when it comes to quality pizza elsewhere that’s why I say it’s such poor quality. Took my niece and nephew who are 11 and 9 years and and never heard of the place . The pasta was over cooked , cheap and just sat under heat lamps. The pizza is so much dough and poor quality ingredients. Tinned mushrooms , really it’s 2025 !!!! The meat is cheap tasting as well ! Though I’d win the kids back with the pudding but was nothing special at all. Very disappointing. Plus worst of all zero value for money !

   Shocking got burnt pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas 1 was perfect 2nd was burned. How a human felt it was ok to box and send it. It was cold on arrival too but that was uber. So I got a burnt cold pizza. Spoke to a manager who said if I take it back he will get it replaced. I have used this place loads to sit in and eat. Young chat called (N****) always helpful polite and keeps on top. But the home delivery tonight was shocking. Spoke to manager (A*****) told me to ask uber for refund or bring it in. Told him to have words and show pictures to the staff member who cooked and boxed my pizza. It's 2c not driving 4 miles to replace something I ordered as too cold to go out.

   Not too shabby at all, I’ve jot been in over 15 years but took my son today. The buffet is very good value, salad bar is decent, pizza, unlimited drink and ice cream for both of us £23 (can’t fault that price) Pizza could have abit more choice but it was ok for the price. We enjoyed it and would go back. Overall great value, well priced considering today’s restaurants like to charge a fortune.

   The whole experience was great from start to finish. We received a really warm welcome and were seated quickly. The staff member gave us menus and asked if we were okay to use the QR code to order - this was fine for us, but I noticed all the staff had taken time to either help those customers who weren’t sure or took orders ‘the old fashioned way’! Food was great, tasty and hot, and service was fast.

   Brilliant customer service from Nathan. He was really engaging with the kids and so helpful and friendly. The restaurant was lovely, just the toilets were *freezing*! Which wasn't pleasant with little kids. Food was served quickly and all really delicious. Good size portions and some good deals.

   Excellent place to eat, second visit in a month. There is a particular person called Nathan, he is really nice and so accommodating and knows the place inside out (give this man a promotion). Lovely atmosphere, great food and happy friendly staff. We will be back again very soon.

   Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful with my dietary needs. Although we didn't mind ordering using our phones and most places have this option still, I think I would have liked to option to order through a member of staff, as our mobile Internet wasn't great there. Toilets weren't great, we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time of our arrival and I used their toilets not long after arrival. They looked like they hadn't been checked and were quite untidy.

   Great experience as soon as we stepped through the door, was late end of the buffet so it wasn't busy and William greeted us with a smile and a hello and took us to our table. He was polite and inviting and just went the extra mile to make sure everything with our order was okay. Was a very pleasant visit and will definitely come again. Top credits to William he is an excellent member of the pizza hut team
