   A group of 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas lunch this afternoon. The hospitality was second to none. There was one person who stood out for me, unfortunately I didn’t get his name. He was extremely professional and had funny banter with us. It made our afternoon. So thank you so much. Kudos to the chefs, also, who cooked the best festive 3 course meal. Thoroughly recommend the service and the cuisine 5*

   Absolutely astonishing restaurant with an beautiful designed interior! We received a very warm service from the server named cam which i was excited to find out we shared a name! He provided prompt service with a warning smile and humor to Boot! He was also very patient with my brother who was struggling talking to people at the time of dining! Cannot thank him enough he made the entire experience wrap up to be a very good time! My heartfelt thanks to the chefs who don't get enough recognition for the work they do behind the scenes many thanks the food was absolutely divine!

   Worst customer service I’ve ever had and seen! I booked a table online for myself my family. We were cordially greeted at the door by a waitress who apologised for the delay as the place was packed. She sat us down on our table, then came back a while later to take our orders then disappeared for the rest of the evening. We waited hours for our food to arrive.We even saw other people coming after us being catered for and left. Yet we were sat there, place almost empty and still no one came to us to ask if were ok or needed something else. My children were looking forward to desert, even to get the attention of a waitress was difficult. They were too busy moving dinnerware away than listening to me trying to get their attention. In the end I asked to take away whatever was left on our plates as could stand the poor customer service were receiving. I even paid for a bowl of chips that never made it to our table just so that I can get out of there. What a bad and disappointing experience we had!

   Order was a bit of a nightmare as for some reason ours got a bit lost but they dealt with it really well and were really apologetic, and when we did get the food it was delicious!
