   Worst experience ever with food. I ordered a "chicken burger cooked on the charcoal" and I got chicken thighs. I then call them and tbey said that this is a chicken burger. I said these are chicken thighs and I don't want thighs but a burger and the very rude guy in the phone said that they consider this to be a burger and this is how they do it for 20 years. This is clearly as seeon on the photos NOT A CHICKEN BURGER. I also orded a deep pan chicken barbeque sauce pizza which came with no barbeque sauce as can be seen on the photos and is not deep pan. When I said that this is not a deep pan, the guy said that "this is the only type of pizza we do" whixch he then changed into "you never selected a deep pan, you selected a thin crust". They obviously don'r do deep oan and it comes to their system as a normal pizza,but then this is again not my problem that they have more options on UberEats. Moreover the food was in total just crap, the pizza was soggy and the bread disgusting and it all went to rubbish. The food is not as described and I want a refund. Talking to the really rude idiot on the phot was getting no where so i am asking for a refund through here and I am waiting dor a response. The fact that you are incompetent and you do the same carp for 20 years and that you do things wrongly for 20 yeara is not a reason why I shouldn't get refunded.

   Picked up a large chicken Shish Kebab on Saturday evening before they closed. This I have to say was the best chicken kebab we’ve ever had. Juicy chicken cooked to perfection. The flavour was delicious; to die for and they were very generous with their portion size. . The staff were polite and it was reasonably priced. I can’t fault this place and will definitely order again. Sorry can’t take photos as we’ve eaten it all. Thank you

   Absolutely useless and poor service from another rip off takeaway. I ordered online and was given a delivery time, after waiting for 25 minutes I was called and told that I hadn't reached the minimum delivery cost. They've obviously upped the fee and not their website. What really annoyed me was that they accepted the order then called me 25 minutes later to get more money off me! I will never order from this place again!!

   Has no knowledge of the main 11 allergens that they legally have to be aware of. They do not know what products contain allergens. Seriously disappointed and worried for the risk to others. Originally asked what does not contain an allergens and they listed everything. After double checking they admitted they do not know.

   awful food, with money tight, and this ordered as a treat we were so disappointed with what was received. Ordered cheesy chips and got chips, these were cold, ordered a mixed kebab smothered in chilli sauce despite selecting no sauce for both options, the food was inedible. what waste of money :(
