   We mostly choose to come to pizza express because of my taste card but we also like the food. The service has always been good, staff are friendly and attentive. It does seem a little bit too dimly lit for lunch. Unfortunately in our recent visit, the glassware and cutlery did not seem to be very clean. But lucky as we were sat in a table for four, we had other sets to choose/ settle with.

   We had such a wonderful waitress this afternoon, she was brilliant in every way imaginable. Best waitress we've ever had in any restaurant we've ever been to. She was so friendly and gave us fabulous recommendations and she was super helpful. She said she was new, but we wouldn't even have known because of how great she was. We regret that we didn't get her name, but she had a lovely Irish accent and lovely curly hair and a beautiful and welcoming face with a warm smile. Our food was delicious, but the best part was the waitress. She made the experience amazing. We would definitely come again if we could have her as our waitress again. 5 stars are not enough for her. Thank you very much, lovely waitress.

   I was greeted at the door by Vicky who made me feel welcome even though I was on my own. I ordered the American Classic pizza and it was so good I highly recommend it. Especially if you are a student cause you can get 30% off. Vicky made sure service was quick and that everything was all okay so thank you Vicky.
