   I love these pizzas normally but haven’t had one for a while, tonight was really looking forward to it but was disappointed just had medium pizzas delivered with BBQ wings, Pizza box was opened when arrived so not hot, bbq wings were a bit better, will give it one more try again and if it’s the same I will move on.

   We ordered 3 pizzas between 4 people and all 4 ended up with terrible stomach aches and vomiting... Half the pizzas had little to no toppings and the pizza dough was really undercooked. Have had food from here before and it's been fine but this time was seriously bad!

   Further to the conversation I've just had with the young gentleman on the phone. My pizza was delivered very late due to the delivery running out of petrol!? When it was delivered it looked squished and was quite cold. I rang to ask for some kind of compensation but was told the manager was not there and to expect a call back maybe!? Here's a photo of what £18 gets you. If I could have that returned that would be great?

   I had a BBQ meat feast pizza, "spicy" jalapeno poppers and cauliflower bites. The pizza was bland and very oily, the poppers fell apart and we're not spicy and were also bland. The cauliflower bites were nice! However I literally only got 3 "decent" sized bites and the rest were crumbs

   This was the 2nd time ordering direct from Papa Johns and it was late both times and everything freezing cold. They also got our drink wrong. I have called and they said they would come collect the pizza and re-make it but we’re so hungry we have put it in the microwave which doesn’t taste great. £30 wasted! They said they would put £5 credit on our account. I won’t be ordering from there again. Pizza Hut is better

   Over an hour and a half for a pizza to be delivered. No contact from the shop for an update and when I phoned they just said sorry. No offer of compensation or even a free side or similar. Definitely gone down in my estimation and will not be using them again. Update: when the pizza finally arrived pizzas were stone cold.

   I've always used Papa John's for my takeaway pizzas whilst living in Brighton. As I now live locally I was concerned about the amount of negative reviews, but decided to take a chance and I'm pleased to say that everything was as ordered. I ordered around 9pm and had my order in approximately 30 minutes. The delivery guy was friendly and even called ahead as he was having difficulty finding my property. The food was hot and tasty and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

   Papa Jon's Worthing seems very badly run. Ordered a pizza online. No warning of wait i started chasing after an hour and half. Was then told the wait was two hours now but had not been told of any delay while ordering. Over two and half hours food turned up cold and tough. Couldn't eat it. No refund or way of getting it online. I won't take the risk again especially at the ludicrous prices. So many other options.
