   Ordered this evening, not only did we not receive the full order but the food was cold and simply not edible. We contacted Irthlingborough Kebab and Pizza and was met with an aggressive barrage of abuse with disgusting discriminatory language. I will be formally complaining about this, and would definitely be urging the public to never part their hard earned cash with such a despicable ‘business’ Along with other reviews, if I could give zero stars I would.

   All round rubbish food - different prices too what you pay. Went and collected food this evening and the donner meat was dry and crispy chips were undercooked. Not sure how it’s got a 5 start rating as the place is grubby and horrible.

   Bought 4 mixed doner kababs for my family. All 4 had mould on the bread. When I was complaining, another customer came in with the same problem. He gave me £10 refund as we did eat the rest of the kebab, which was average. This place used to be really good, but now it's just far below what we should expect. I won't be returning any time soon. Such a shame.

   After first hour rang the store they said it was on the way, half hour later rang again was told its just leaving, then half hour later turns up barely warm. 2 hours waiting on a tuesday for 2 cold pizzas and a kebab *pizza arives after 2 hours cold rang store was told sorry but nothing they could do - went down there and gave them back pizza's and got full refund guy was very apologetic*

   Quickly went in and ordered a donner kebab, The donner meat was at least over a day old and was virtually inedible. I called to complain they listened and put the phone down, Need to stop giving businesses like this any custom they simply couldn’t care less

   DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS SHOP. Discussing service. I was told the food would be here in 30 minutes and after nearly 2 hours and 5 phone calls later, I cancelled the food. The customer service wasn't evident at all. They lied to me, fabricated reasons for the lateness and even told me to shut up, that he was 62 and that he was right. They said that I had given the wrong post code to the place I live. That it was my fault that I hadn't got my food because the driver couldn't find me. I was told that the driver had tried to phone me, than I overheard him give the driver the number. If I could give a zero score, I would. I had to give someone a sandwich for their evening meal being as they need to eat to control their diabetes. I'm still waiting for my refund. Awful place and people

   if I could give them below zero I would. Customer service was a disgrace and so was the food. Do NOT order from this disgusting place. Even spoke to the staff and they were shouting at ME due to their disgusting food.
