   I am writing to complain about the poor customer service I experienced at Domino’s. The employee assisting me was on a phone call during our interaction, had headphones in, and was extremely rude. He rushed me while I was trying to place my order and showed clear impatience throughout the entire interaction. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience at this location, which makes the situation even more disappointing. His tone and behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, as if I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Because of this experience, I will definitely not be buying from this location again. This level of rudeness and lack of professionalism is very disappointing and does not reflect what I expect from Domino’s customer service.

   Arrogant, Nasty, pathetic leadership, my order was one hour late on 12/12/2025 when I phoned to ask what was going on the MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME, then tried to justify doing so!!! The staff lied about my food twice and then attempted to gaslight me again!! The leader in charge should be sacked disgraceful, disrespectful, dishonest and overall crappy service as a whole , I had spent a large sum there since i stopped using UberEats but this has put me off the Branch for good!!

   Rubbish Service. The pizza should have been ready in 15 mins for collection however only started when I arrived waiting another 20 mins for it. Unprofessional guys talking in their own foreign language. Not focusing but looking at you as if doing a favour - Dominos Pizza Pakistan, Worst Franchise ever in UK

   Hit and miss. Sometimes pizza was ok but last few times it has been so bad I decided to bother with a review. Last large pizza was so lacking in toppings and cheese that 2 of the slices had nothing on it, just dry dough. I even ordered and paid for extra toppings because I knew it could be bad but what I received was the worst one ever. Time to look elsewhere.

   What is wrong with Dominos and Pizza hut, they just get worse talk about "shrinkflation!!!!" No cheese, no sauce, no flavour, day light robbery. One star is too much, fed up wasting money on this rubbish everytime we order (collect) as a treat and get bread with a token dip of cheese and sauce, if your lucky. Don't buy the rubbish from any of them and anyone who thinks this stiff is good must be a cardboard cut out because this is not Pizza anymore, you tight gits!

   One time I ordered a stuff crust pizza and they sent me a pizza without stuffed crusts. They offered me £5 off my next order but I and I’m still mad.

   I ordered 3 pizzas, it is not enough that I brought it in about an hour, cold but almost empty with dry dough. I live about 5 minutes away, and practically every week I order 3 pizzas. today I was not satisfied with you.
