   Service was excellent. Ordered pizzas and kebabs for a family event over the counter for delivery at a specific time Food arrived on time and was well cooked. The party gave it five stars

   Ordered tonight a treat for a few friends waited over an hour and rang to ask where my order was to be told they are having problems with delivery driver and I would get my food in 20 mins and they where just cooking it I said wanted food here or a refund I then range 30min later to be told it had only just left shop and they added extra bottle of pop for the inconvenience I then waited another 15 min it was only a (1.5 mile journey from the shop to us) before it turned up for the food to be cold and no extra bottle of pop and bits missing I had the phone put down on me multiple times was told I couldn't have refund until manager was in I will be ringing back tomorrow for my refund. I was offered 2 free pizzas for my next order but with customer service how it was and wrong order i wont be ordering again. They where rude and have no clue of customer service at all.

   I've ordered 2 times over the past 3 weeks. A chicken shish & a chicken meat & chips. The shish was dry & over cooked & the chicken meat was burnt. Definitely wont be ordering from here again until they change the chef

   DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I ordered my food yesterday only to get a wrong order sent through and it was burnt. I rang to raise the issue only to be shouted at by the chef who I recorded the whole time. He promised that I will get my money back next day when I threatened to report them to just eat and also come over to the take away shop. I rang the shop again and only told be told by the manager I won’t get my money back or other food and I needed to basically go away. He started shouting at me and only to tell me to go and enjoy my burnt food and he put the phone down. Worst service ever and waste of money.

   Don't know who's took over but has drastically gone downhill. Chips are too chunky and not cooked properly, chilli sauce is like water and the whole taste has gone out of the kebab. This needs sorting quickly as you've lost my orders now.

   OVERPRICED! A wrap on its own is £7, for a few chunks of meat, other kebab shops do a meal deal for £7.50, talk about ripping people off. No surprise as it’s Kettering.

   Just ordered a large lamb shish and a large chicken shish with separate salads and sauces and chips. Quite possibly the best kebab we’ve EVER had. The meat was juicy, bread perfectly chargrilled, super fresh salad, sauces in separate tubs, amazingly chunky chips that were crispy to the out and fluffy to the middle. Couldn’t have asked for better. ❤️

   Ordered the mermaid pizza thru just eat, left a note saying no prawns. Pizza arrives after an hour, hardly warm but looks good. First slice I eat I find a prawn, call the restaurant to be told he made it himself and there are no prawns, only tuna!! While I’m stood here LOOKING at the prawn. Customer service is as bad as their ability to identify sea creatures, and worse than their pizzas.
