   Waited over an hour for my pizza (again!) When I called the restaurant after the website said my pizza had been delivered (it hadn't) the guy said it would take 10 minutes (didn't even ask where I was calling from or what my order number was)

   Best Papa John’s I’ve ever had! Fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and the pizza always arrives hot. Consistently great taste and amazing service every single time. Definitely my go-to place!

   Been using these guys for a while, more fool me. Waited over an hour for my order, called up to enquire and was told it would 10-15 mins, which looks like their default response to fob you off. Looked out the front door soon after and there was my delivery driver 100 yards up the street smoking a joint. He saw me, drove up and delivered my food stone cold. Drove off before I could say anything. Phoned the store for a refund and was told “I’ll do you a favour, next time you order I’ll throw in a free large pizza.” SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID PAPA JOHN’s WOLVERTON!

   Delivery driver arrived without my food and had food from another restaurant and tried to tell me it's mine. When I called they said my food was on its way now, then when it was delivered after I had waited over an hour they had forgot all my dips and a side I had paid extra for. I rang to ask what was going on because I was unhappy to person on the phone just rudely said "what do you expect me to do about it" very bad service every time I've ordered. I now drive to another papa John's further away to get it from there instead

   Meant to be premium pizza but was dry and poor - really scrimped on the cheese. Wish we’d gone dominos or just got Chicago town

   Over 1 hour to deliver! Obviously pizza was colder than usual. BBQ drizzle was missing in a create your own pizza (you pay for everything you add). Your pizza looks delivered on their online system but it gets delivered after extra 30 mins.

   Nobody does a garlic sauce like Papa John’s. I had the vegan pizza and it does just the job to ensure you don’t miss out on a takeaway.

   First time ever using these guys at end of Feb 21. The manager served me and have to say you can tell he cares about his company and service provided. I had a simple 3 toppings for small £5. You cannot go wrong using them. No grease unlike Pizza hut. Fresh and crispy unlike Domino's. End of March 21. Same again and that a big compliment to the management here as they are doing it right for consistency which should mean customers returning. I have to say I will be every time I feel the urge for a pizza

   Ordered a £30 pizza order at 2.43pm. No sign of the pizza at 4pm. Rang the store. No record of the pizza. After a serious language barrier and no apology I rang a London number that was given to me. Rang the number and after looking at their system I was told the order failed, no pizza and 5 to 7 days for the payment to go back on my card. This has to be the worst customer service I’ve had over some food. How about apologise and send the order out? Terrible, terrible service. Last time I’ll be using them.
