   Ordered at 8:30, order being packed at 9:00, then nothing about delivery for 30 mins. Phoned up 5 times, no answer. In the end didn’t get the food at all. And customer service have done nothing. Joke Edit: Delivery was set up at 9:55 with Uber (assuming they forgot to do it earlier), food arrived at 10:20, stone cold and missing a topping.

   Absolute joke. We have ordered pizza twice from this place. On first occasion they never delivered the pizza. When we rang them they blamed the delivery firm. They refunded. The second time we ordered again, this time directly from their site. We ordered 2 pizzas, only one arrived. The delivery driver told us they’re going to send us another one. When we opened the pizza it wasn’t t even the pizza we ordered. They rang back from Pizza Hut saying that can’t do anything. They told us to go back to the web site and request refund. Incredible. STAY AWAY

   Disappointed at first. I’ve ordered a cheesy garlic bread slices to come with the rest of the food I’ve ordered and they haven’t turned up. Rest of the food I’ve ordered was nice. I phoned up to see if they could bring it to me and they said they will.

   Worst pizza crust ever. It was like chewing leather. In fact the crust was so tough the pizza wasn't even sliced all the way through... it was like they used a really dull knife and only scored the surface.

   Was extremely dissapointed with this. Me and my partner got two large pizzas and two sides, it cost practically £30. It arrived very fast so no complaints there but the pizza itself was not up to standard. Aldi could make better pizza. The cheese and toppings fell off when you picked it up and tasted of nothing. I’m extremely dissapointed with this, wasn’t good value for money at all

   [27/01/2020] Always late - above 40 minutes. Don't even pick up the phone at times. Very stressful experience everytime I try order. Some staff members are very rude and especially the store manager. Shane Tench. He was sat in the office with me on loud speaker talking to me while I was trying to place an order. [30/01/2020] I've been getting harassed by pizza hut employees. I've had the manager, Shane Tench, come directly to my house to say I've been banned from ordering from pizza hut (and other takeaways) because the staff members at pizza hut didn't honour the £10 coupon (RP247) I received as complimentary, as they have been late continuously later than the speed guarantee time of 40 minutes. May I also add when Shane Tench came to my house he came in informal attrite and I had a frightened mother who was afriad to open the door to some stranger. I was further harassed by the store as I got multiple missed calls while at work. These calls were made from the store and from a personal mobile as I received multiple calls from a private number on the same day. Saving customer phone numbers onto a personal mobile is another breach of the data protection act. I've been accused of prank calling. I've had your staff members calling my workplace and being rude to my managers. They have given abuse down the phone to me and my managers. I've had racial slurs thrown at me due to my skin condition; "Spotty". They've used details off their database, such as my name, and searched me up on Facebook and found my details of where I work and what I look like, again which breaks GDPR and data protection act laws. The information that I have given to Pizza Hut store is for business purposes and them coming to my house and maliciously calling me is against the law and a breach of my entire privacy. This is disgusting behaviour. He used my details, from the company database, to call me multiple times from his personal phone, which is a massive breach of GDPR laws.
