Don’t order the milkshakes unless you want plastic wrapper in it. Was enjoying my kinder bueno milkshake until I started finding plastic wrapper in mouth.
Sadly been using royal kebab for years and tonight my husband ordered ans when delievered they didnt put all the drinks in i called to advise to be called back and get called a liar advised for them to come over and see the bags to be called a liar as he packed the drinks i didnt dispute but advised that we didnt get them all. This has really sadly put me off as i have delt with them before and have been so nice being shouted at and called a liar was the last straw

Ordered from here a few times now. Been spot on every time. We order through Just Eat to get it delievered - there is no option for salad to be added on Just Eat, so I phone up and the man who answers/presumably the owner is always very polite and nothing is too much trouble. Our sauces were missing from our Just Eat order the last time and I phoned them up and he sent them back straight away. 10/10. Think this man and this place deserved a mention. Highly recommend!

Ordered for delivery, two large kebabs but unfortunately they were a disappointment. For £9.90 each I expected for the tray to overflow with salad and meat. From the picture you can clearly see that was not the case. Barley any salad. That is not what I would call a large kebab. The only good thing were chips as they were really tasty and the garlic sauce. Delivery very quick within 20 minutes. Just shame about the kebab.

First time I have used Royals, my friend uses them a lot and recommended them. I support local businesses, so not one usually to complain. I phoned Royals to place an order for chicken kebab and chips, no politeness, didn't really want to listen, but somehow managed to take my order, then they put the phone down before I mentioned salad or dressing, I phoned back to say I wanted an up to date menu. Again quickly dismissed before putting down phone on me. It did turn up, as I imagined, no menu, hot food, chicken and chips, separate pita bread, no salad. So I have torn up my menu, so I don't mistakingly order with friends.
Knowing it would be busy on new year, as we live round corner we decided to order with you and collect. Order collected I received doner kebab instead of vegetable kebab. When I rang to explain the guy was very rude and abrupt. My partner had the mixed kebab which was very greasy. The only person who was happy with his food was my son who had a pizza. Not a cheap takeaway very disappointed with food and service maybe very local to me but won't order again!!!!!
