   We visited Pizza Hut for a team lunch and had a great experience. The food came out fresh, the service was quick, and the staff were very accommodating for our group. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed team outing. Highly recommend for team lunches or casual meet-ups! Jack was very kind and helpful

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service at Pizza Hut – A Huge Shoutout to Jack and the Chef! I don’t usually write reviews, but the experience we had at Pizza Hut absolutely deserved one. From the moment we walked in, the service was incredible — and that was mainly thanks to our waiter, Jack. His hospitality was honestly next-level. He was warm, attentive, genuinely friendly, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Jack went above and beyond throughout our visit, and the way he handled everything was so professional yet personal. At the end of our meal, he even surprised us with a complimentary pizza — which I’m not sure he was meant to do — but it made our night and showed how much he genuinely cares about customer experience. Pizza Hut, you are very lucky to have him! A massive thank you as well to the chef working that day. The speed, quality, and consistency of the food were outstanding. Everything came out piping hot, perfectly cooked, and unbelievably fast. You could tell she takes pride in her work — and the friendliness from the kitchen was just as impressive as the service on the floor. Overall, this was one of the best Pizza Hut visits we’ve ever had. Amazing staff, brilliant atmosphere, fantastic food. We will definitely be returning

From the moment I walked in, Jack greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. He struck that perfect balance of being friendly without being intrusive—something you don’t see every day. When it came to the food, Jack knew the menu inside out and recommended a pizza that was nothing short of phenomenal. His attention to detail, timing, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire visit feel effortless and memorable. It’s rare to meet someone who elevates customer service to an art form, but Jack does exactly that. If every restaurant had a “Jack,” dining out would be a whole new world.    Good location, easy and plentiful parking space. Toilets clean and big. A lot of tables but seat not so comfortable (it is ok though). Buffet food range rather poor, only basic pizzas to choose from. Proper pizzas rather expensive. Had to pay extra for fries(nearly £4). The ice cream not the highest quality but reasonable. The stuff was very nice and helpful. The salad bar, again, very basic.

   Good value for money. We visited on the 28 th of dezember and had a great experience everything well organized, staff was so friendly and explained everything. No rush and good atmosphere, Very clean and polite staff. Great experience. Came back on the 8th of january and it was a completly diferent experience, dirty floors. Disorganized, noisy. Not enough staff. So my advice go on a less busy day to have a better experience.

   Never had a problem with Sixfields Pizza Hut and this isn't a complaint about the food, but when we arrived for my son's birthday, the female manager who walked up to was probably the most miserable and rudest management ever come across, she couldn't even be bothered to look up at us when talking, my son was so excited to tell her it was his birthday and she managed to mumble a happy birthday back, still not even bothering to look at him. On the other hand, we've been served by a young lady called Paige on a few occasions and she's wonderful, so friendly and helpful, why she's not management I don't know.

   I doubt that the oil in that fryer is very clean (in our house these oversights may exist but if you go to a restaurant and pay it is so that you receive a better preparation than at home)... and then a little care with cutting the cucumbers that you have also put the skin on...well I didn't say anything because the waitress was very nice and friendly...I went to dinner with my children and the truth is...I won't be back...

   Enjoyed the salad bar as always, the new buffalo pizza was amazing. And the server Sophie was an absolute gem, very sweet. just need to bring back the cinnamon rolls!!
