We have ordered from Papa John's many times in the past, the restaurant was a little hit and miss. We are happy to say that we ordered a delivery of 4XXL pizzas, 2 sides and one of their folded pizzas which we have only tried for the first time for a group of us the order was fantastic. The folded pizza at Β£6.99 is value for money and very filling. The dough is also great. The normal XXL pizzas were cooked perfectly, the right amount of salt and lots of quality ingredients on top, delicious. 10/10 for Papa John's let's hope they keep it up.

1* because I canβt give 0. Awful. Chicken poppers were crunchy, all 6 that you get in a portion. Garlic dough balls burnt with no garlic at all. This was our second order. The first order everything was burnt and the pizza was wrong. Late both times, 40 minutes late this time. Wonβt go again.

Pizzas were not very hot after waiting a while and the topping were far and few between, might aswell have just had a cheese one, also ordered a garlic and herb dip which was missing, not good dominos is so much better.

Really nice pizza for fast food. I love the Greek pizza with a stuffed crust. Really fresh and tasty. Their garlic sauce is also lovely for dipping crusts into.

Worst Papa Johns iv been too ... purely for the customer service. Digusted infact that they chose to turn me away in order to prioritise the "To Good To Go" orders when I was willing to pay full price for 2 pizzas ... what is that about? Don't get me wrong, Papa Johns have the tastiest pizzas compared to Domino's and Pizza Hut ... but at least Domino's took my walk in request and did not turn me away to prioritise other orders! Picture shows the queue of people, not including how busy it was indoors of how they were prioritising the To Good To Go orders. What is strange, is To Good To Go orders is usually the left overs for cheaper, surely that doesn't take as much effort as making fresh Pizza to go? Won't be returning to this branch until they know who there real clients are. Those willing to pay full price ...

While I haven't ordered from this store for a good 2 years or so due to previous bad experiences, I have to say I gave them a second chance in 2021 and have made three orders so far this year. While my extra dips I ordered were forgotten on order number 2, I have to say the pizza quality has been exceptional on every occasion. Much tastier this time round than my usual favourite franchise pizza delivery company that starts with a 'D' and ends in 'o's'. I need to add that the customer service offered by the delivery driver tonight (19/03/21), was fantastic. Such a polite and friendly bloke who came across as very happy in their role. Hats off to him. Hopefully management of this PJ franchise take my positive feedback on board and feed it back to him; he was great. I'll be very happy to order again soon. Thanks again.

Well well well my first experience with papa John's pizza The delivery guy was noce and polight. The pizza well. Sogy bottom sorry to say. Not that nice after many extras added. Seems all to be placed in the middle, what about round the edges guys? The garlic bread dry and the chicken was more like pigeon legs and wings. Milk shake was the best part! Cost Β£36 omg double to what it should be. Will I try again, no sorry

So popped out for the afternoon with my daughter and went to grab an ice cream. As we sat in the car we noticed an advert for Papa John's on the window - Β£1.99 for a small pizza upon collection. We decided this was a good offer so we rang them while we finished our ice cream. However, the phone was ignored twice - despite the guy being next to the phone and no one else in there. Waited a couple of minutes and then rang again. We watched as he picked up the phone but instantly clicked the receiver so it cut us off! We couldn't believe it. Curious to know how he would be if we went in, and given how much we now really wanted the pizza, we went in. Clearly the guy did not want to be there, which is understandable. But it wasn't our fault he was there and there was no need for him to treat us like that. Really disappointing service from Papa John's and sad to say we will not be returning, there are other companies who would appreciate our custom.
