   Ordered a collection, got them home. One was totally wrong and the other was raw. The cheesy chips consisted of about 10 chips. Drove back to complain and get new pizzas, no apology at all and was told to wait 15 minutes for a replacement. While I waited the staff hid in the back eating pizza on the floor and I waited 30 minutes for the replacements. I think they may be under new ownership, won’t ever order from here again

   Ordered through well know app. Checked the app and order said it had been delivered. Call restaurant and was told it’s ready but I would have to collect as they had no drivers

   I wish i could rate 0 stars for this place, I have ordered from this pizza hut via the app. First of all it was an hour late for the 1st delivery then when we got it it was the wrong order we have attempted to call this pizza hut for more then 10 times but was not answering this is unprofessional service. Afterwards we ate some of the pizza as they was not answering and the delivery driver unexpectedly came back and took the pizza while it was opened (this is a food safety hazard), then finally after an hour they have finally given us the order but our items was stone cold and my pizza looks like someone had already touched it this is disgusting and unprofessional from this company, i think the delivery was going to take the wrong order to a another person, this company has no knowledge of professionalism and the delivery guy has no idea of what simple food hygiene is, never ordering from here ever again!!!

   I made the mistake of ordering a takeaway pizza from this company mainly induced by hunger. The pizza arrived cold and soggy and not even the dog could be persuaded to eat it. They charged me £20 which is disgraceful and if they had any sense of decency, they would refund me. Half of it went in the bin.

   Ordered a veggie pizza to find it had chicken over half of it. Rang the store back, no apology. Instead was asked to contact customer services for a refund or they can send a new pizza out. Lets see how the 2nd one comes out…… Terrible service, pizza oily & undercooked….. An absolute shambles…. What a let down!
