   I went into the shop and ordered my food as you usually would i then go to pay and the man behind the till tells me I can’t use my legal cash to pay as you have to pay by card to say I’m discussed is the least of the problem they didn’t even have anything on the walls door or near the till or to do a overview no where in the shop said they only except card payments and even in this case it’s totally wrong like for myself I don’t have a bank card so it’s like I’m getting discriminated for not having one and being left without food I’m shure others are in the same position as they need to reilise not everyone pays by card or has one

   Ordered food, came to the house, the driver didn’t even get out of the car and drove off, looked on the cctv to be sure. Rang them and said they couldn’t deliver again as he had already gone back. Spoke to a really rude women on the phone Not at all impressed!!!!

   The staff here are nice but they ask you to wait 10 minutes and they take an over an hour to get my food. Quite disappointed.

   Absolutely top-notch service every single time I order from Gorseinon Domino’s! The staff are friendly, efficient, and always go the extra mile to make sure everything’s spot on. Pizzas are consistently fresh, piping hot, and loaded with toppings—never stingy. Whether I’m popping in for collection or getting it delivered, it’s always fast and reliable. Shoutout to the team for always keeping standards high. Easily the best Domino’s I’ve had—keep it up!

   This lot are completely incapable of getting the order correct. I rarely go there for that reason, but my wife decided to give them another try. As always there were items missing. I honestly cannot think of a time they have got it completely correct. On the plus side, everyone in the family seems to like their pizzas - if they actually get them.

   Ordered for delivery online, phoned after 40 minutes to ask where it was and was told there was an issue which caused a delay in getting orders out. Waited another 20 minutes and just gave up and asked for a refund. Probably would of been cold by the time it got here. Used to be really reliable and quick but has severely gone downhill in the last year. UPDATE So the food turned up 2 hours after the order was placed. Told the delivery person that we are not accepting it as we have already requested a refund. Ended up ordering from Pepinos around 20:00 and food arrived by 20:30. Says it all......

   When I placed the order over the phone I was not asked for my name so had no idea when I walked I. To collect if my pizza had been ordered. I was also advised they don’t accept cash! Cash is legal tender and should still be accepted. When I got the pizza home it was as if someone had put their thumb through the pizza! If it wasn’t for the fact I live in a village they don’t deliver to, I would have taken the bloody pizza back! It’s not worth phoning as when I was there someone had phoned about having burnt pizza delivered the duty manager was very arrogant about their process, so knew it would fall on deaf ears. Won’t be using them again.

   regularly buy but not anymore. They are unable to deliver to any timeframe we waited two hours, not the first time so late we cancelled as no longer wanted it. no customer service skills at all pityful and didnt seem to care at all. they had a number but didnt bother to ring last time using dominos. good luck if you order from here!!!! one star as you cant give less

   We went here to get the so called Tuesday two bargain only to find it wasn’t a bargain and the price was exactly the same as any other day. Even on the counter it had the menu saying buy one large pizza and get one free which was a load of rubbish. Never going to go to this rip off establishment ever again. They ought to be reported to trading standards for the misleading advertising. Shame on you Dominos
