Don’t order from here I ordered loaded fries it came looking like dog food frozen beef patty cut up on some soggy chips always order from here I won’t be again I hope it gets shut down

Food was really nice, no complaints there. Only thing was the person taking my order seemed to struggle a bit understanding me and I ended up with a large chips I didn’t actually order. Didn’t really mind because I ate them anyway, but just to note.
Ordered the food and came very quick within 20 minutes ordered 1 large pizza and got a 2nd one for free the quality of it was top notch will order from them again and will recommend to my family the staff where friendly on the phone and where the drop of point is they where patient and waited and will order from them again thank you so much 10/10 5 ⭐
Placed order online, I know they don’t care about the reviews as I have seen other reviews from customers. But honestly it’s the worst pizza I ever had. You can see in pictures it wasn’t cooked properly, and I ordered Normal crust they sent the thin uncooked crust pizza and I paid for extra olives but there is no olives at all in the toppings. And the pizza arrived late and it wasn’t even hot. We received a cold pizza . Worst experience I’ve had ever.i Called to explain they disconnect my call.
Shocking customer service. Placed an order for delivery, waited until the end of estimated delivery time, phoned to find out where it was and was told 5/10 minutes. Then get a phone call back to say they waited outside for 15 mins but no answer. I received no phone call. The delivery instructions clearly stated to use the intercom on the door to the flats. Clearly driver was too lazy to get out of the car! Whats the point of delivery instructions if you are going to ignore them. Was spoken to like dirt. Anyone that refers to a customer as brother that many times in one phone call needs lesson's in customer service. Disgusting behaviour.
After ordering off of Delivroo we were highly disappointed, the food quality was horrible, we didn't finish a single thing, we would rather go hungry than order here again. On-top of this the food was leaking like its been sat there for days. However on Delivroo we tried correctin there pizza deal 3 as it was put for £125.00 which was astonishing.
Extreamly unhappy. When ordering I made it clear I wanted deep pan thick crust pizza and they given thin crust. When I called they refused to solve the problem and instead argued with me. Up until today I was a regular customer but never again. Don't waste your money guys.
I have been ordering from planet pizza for a while now, that is because they are quick and food is good. However of recent they have been making errors and when I attempt to call them and rectify the issues, they blame me for either not being clear and ordering the wrong thing. E.g being a vegetarian but I would then order meat on my burger…customer services is absolutely rubbish, At one point the person on the phone swore at me and told me to bring the food back the next day and take it up with the manager. I have lost over £50 in this shop for putting up with the wrong order being delivered ..until today this will be my last time getting food from this shop and I will be sure to take this further.
