   I ordered from here on 22/12, I found what appears to be an eyebrow hair in my food. I rang the store and they offered a replacement which I declined and agreed for them to collect the food and issue a refund. There is video footage of the food being collected and photo evidence of the hair, yet I’m still waiting for my refund, when I ring I get told different timelines, 24hrs, then 3-4 days. No one seems to stick to the same story.

   It was my partners birthday yesterday. We ordered Foodbay as it’s my partners fave kebab shop in the area. I mentioned on the notes it was my partners birthday and I asked them to write ‘happy birthday’ on his pizza box. Not only did they do that, they also sent him a pudding on the house. This was such a lovely gesture. Thank you so much guys x

   Ordered twp ixxas on Thurday evening by delivery only one arrived, the was replaced but family had to eat seperatly sides were cold by time second pizza arrived so pretty dissapointing. Additinally veritarian pizza wea just cheese and tomato againr pretty poor. Wont be using foidbay again.

   In the past there hasn’t been an issue, but now noticed when ordering recently large is looking more like small, tonight food box handed over on its side, box was soggy, contents spilled out , presentation was shocking

   Not impressed. Clearly ordered too late and the chicken was not southern fried but were slimy chicken fillets. Very disappointed regular customers. Alsager Delight next time

   Had a delivery from here. Ordered and paid over the phone to a company called DATEMAN. £17.50p. Who they use for payment. Driver turned up. Said they hadn’t been paid. Showed proof on my phone. But he said I had to pay cash.£17.90p. Still trying to claim my money back.

   Order a kebab u can't go wrong stay clear of deluxe burgers unless you want your cheese on the very underneath of your burger bun and very greasy due to under cooking. Missing items also.
