   Normally good. 14/2 undercooked chips cold lamb Donner meat, no chilli peppers and missing one of my sauces disappointing for the price.

   Ordered food on the 31/12/24 at 16:45 via online order for delivery at 17:30 order never showed up no answer when tried ringing from 18:00. Kept ringing and looks like my number got blocked in the end. Appalling customer service avoid at all costs!!

   Ordered food for myself and my brother tonight as, it says on the app and on Google that they are open, have now been waiting nearly two hours for a burger meal and some loaded fries, tried ringing - about 20 times mind you, the shop to get any details on how long it may take, and either no one has answered or has hung up the call, I'm usually a very satisfied regular customer, but this has been a bad experience tonight.(Update - now been over 2hrs and tried calling over 40 times to receive no answer, absolutely disastrous customer service)

   This order was cold and the items of food on the pizza did not seem fresh and was horrible to taste. So disappointed, will not order from here again.

   Waited over 2 hours for my food. When calling the restaurant I was told I couldn’t be offered a refund and it was inconsiderate for me to ask for one. The reason I couldn’t receive a refund was because the food was on its way, which frankly doesn’t make sense to me when to my knowledge it had “been on its way” for the last 2 hours. The manager was incredibly rude, I explained I didn’t expect a full refund, but the only thing I was being offered was a discount for the next time I order - as if the service I’ve received is going to make me want to come back. I am completely understanding to being understaffed and having a busy night but 2 hours for something that is a 5 minute drive away is ridiculous, and the way the manager dealt with the situation was appalling. When the food finally arrived it was underwhelming and had clearly been left for a while.

   Ordered Pizza and burger online, the delivery person left food on doorstep and phoned from their car to say it was there???? whilst I get covid as a part I thought even leaving hot food outside for even a minute would cool down food, sadly I was right, to make matters worse the pizza had toppings slide off the base to one side and didn’t appear or taste like it was long enough in the oven. I haven’t ordered from here for a while as I had a similar bad experience last time. As another reviewer stated they used to be good. Real shame I won’t risk using them again
