   I enjoyed a Beef and Mushroom takeaway for £6.20, paired with the wholemeal rice I had prepared at home. Although the restaurant is just around the corner from my house, this was only my second visit to the establishment. That said, I really appreciated the generous portion, which complemented the rice perfectly. The friendly reception staff who took my order and delivered it to my car—parked right in front of the restaurant—along with the short wait time, made the overall experience even better.

   Have used this Chinese for years. But last Court of times not good Rice very sticky and stodgy, the chicken balls were over cooked making chicken dry and inedible. Finally, said we had allergy for peppers, so they put peppers in the meal. Couldn’t eat that. Decided not going back.!!!

   Rude lady taking orders who raised her voice at me when I rang back after an hour of waiting to enquire where food was. Told a further 30 minute at which point I questioned why I hadn't been advised of this when ordering. She said she had told me, she had not or I wouldn't have called again querying. She then started raising her voice saying how busy they were and when I asked her why she was shouting at me she said because I was shouting at her and did I want to just cancel my order. I did not shout at her but perhaps had a frustrated tone. I explained that I didn't wish to cancel as my family hadn't had any food this evening. I was offered a pathetic 10% discount and finally received my order after waiting 1hr 45 mins. Food unfortunately wasn't up to usual standard. Rice was cold, curry and noodles all cold!! Very disappointing customer service and treatment having been a customer for 18 plus years.

   First time using this takeaway after seeing some positive recommendations on Facebook. Was the nicest we’ve had in a long time after our other regulars seem to have gone downhill a bit. Portions were great, everything tasted fresh and if you use their website you can pay with card. Will definitely return!

   I was sceptical about ordering what with a few shady reviews but I wasn't disappointed! The portions were very generous, delivery was quick enough and the food tasted really nice! I did notice the prices ordering on the website were a bit more than ordering over the phone.

   Had a terrible meal delivered yesterday! The whole thing was dried up! Chow mein, awful! Chicken sweet and sour balls, doughy and tough chicken, rice dried up! Rang and spoke to the man who took the order and he said it was the Manager who delivered the food and that he would report our complaint upon his return! Obviously he didn't give a shxt about our opinion and upon looking at the reviews I am not surprised now! Terrible meal, bad service and bad after care, will not be going back there!

   It's a shame there are a few negative reviews on here. I've used Good World for delivery which is consistently always quicker than they say, walk-in again always quick and really helpful and pick-up. Drivers always lovely and friendly, food consistently good. I have seen awkward customers treat the staff rudely and mess about trying to swap items on set meals, if anything I admire the patience of the shop staff who put up with a lot. I often just have a set meal put a little more so less than £15, sometimes £9 and they treat me each and every time like they appreciate my custom every single time. I've been sat in and people come in and spend one just one dish and again the staff are respectful and appreciative. When I've had the duck it's great and not too fatty, the crispy duck is well done, sweet and sour balls not soggy, set meals excellent value, plenty of dearer ingredients not scrimped on in the rice I.e. plenty of prawns. Always fresh and tasty. Spicy foods nice and spicy but not burn your mouth off. I honestly can't fault them. They do this every day but it's a treat for us and they know that. I've been to other Chinese's locally the odd time and food horrendously late, missing items, barely acknowledged and I've never had that in nine years! So I would wholeheartedly recommend Good World. If you ever did have a problem I'm sure a calm word when it's quiet the next day (not in the middle of a busy service) would rectify any issues. Keep up the good work Good World, we love you!

   Appalling.. Rude lady I spoke to when ordering (should have twigged) then a meat instead of vegetarian curry arrived. Called to get my money back and same lady was even more rude.. My first order with them, terrible business sense.. Update: feel a bit funny after eating just the sauce and the rice. Hmm...

   We have been with good world 10 years.. never had a problem!. But the last fee times the food has been delivered cold. Tonight we phoned and complained!. Waited over an hour initially. When we called and complained we then waited another half an hour for the driver to arrive to see how cold the food was. He replaced our food... still not hot, but my family where so hungry we just ate it.. no offer of money off or asked if we wanted anything to make up for it.. nothing.... we are now changing who we order from . We have recommended good world to family and friends in the past. Not any more. We have been loyal customers every week for over 10 year's. Very dissapointed! No loyalty from them at all.
