Everything you can't find in other supermarkets, you will find in Roys of Wroxham. Plus you will find real people cashiers at the checkouts, and no long queues. Love it.
Been shopping in this premises for over 50 years although the building has changed the usual Roy's service still applies further class a visit certainly recommended on any trips to the Norfolk broads
Nice cafe in the food court with average prices. The staff are friendly. There is a McDonald’s in here if you don’t fancy the cafe which is quick and easy to grab some food from.
Good prices, great selection of lo ocal produce. Awesome butchers/meat selection. Friendly staff!
Brilliant shopping experience, lots of fresh fish, crabs, cockles etc. Good meat & deli selections. Lots of local produce and a good range of beers and wines. Offers on all the time to look out for. We are very lucky to have Roys. The department store is definately worth a visit, especially for gifts.
Roys of Wroxham Food Hall, the supermarket, offer more seafood product for selection whereas unable to buy in other local supermarkets. There are seafood products, collected from Cromer near coastline of Norwich, which offer in a reasonable prices with high quality.
Very slow service considering 3 people behind counter. Food preparation not wearing gloves when handling food and making sandwiches. Not impressed!!
Nice pot of tea, but slow service. Tables slow to be cleared, dirty crockery on the counter top. Not recommended!
