   Have been to this mcdoanlds a couple times and it's like you're ordinary mcdoanlds. However some days you get off days. Was sat in the 2nd lane of the drive through for 15 mins with no response or anything on the speaker, to the point I felt that the lane was closed. Nope, just wasn't taking orders in that lane as they saw fit, wasn't a sign or anything to say the lane was closed, wasn't anyone on the speaker to say it would be a couple minuets before the order was taken, just silence. So I then just ordered through the app for a collection as it would just be quicker. Got pull forward (understandable as new order jumped invetween other orders) and waited for food, food arrived 5 minutes later cold and soggy as if I'd got given the extras at the bottom of hot hold. Overall it's just you're normal mcdonalds however you got you're off days where there could be some problems.

   Still friendly service but really slow since after the refurbishment. At least one self-service machine never gave receipt so had to ask it from the counter, while barely see staff at the counter. I waited 20mins to get my McMuffin and coffee when there was only two customers before me, and it is been the third time that I had to wait that long when relatively quiet.

   Turned up at 2:00am after taking friends to Swansea, ordered 3 medium double cheeseburger meals and after waiting 25 minutes to get my food I go to leave and realize there’s only 2 burgers? They send me back around where I have to wait another 35 minutes to receive yet again the wrong order and served like that? Won’t be coming again.

   This is very busy place most of the time (like most other McDonald's). The place is crowded and there's usually a lot of people queuing up to get food. Other than that, the food is good, the place is clean and toilets are clean. You're lucky to get a place to sit. I wish the restaurant was bigger.

   After a 14 hour shift fancied chips to go with curry, ordered through drive through. Got home which takes 2 mins at most. Chips were cold. Took back, they asked for recipt which i never got in drive through. NO APPOLIGIES from staff just a groan. This isnt the first time ive had cold food from there. McDonald's will never get a penny off me again. Also place was a mess. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALDS.

   McDonalds isn't my thing but after a hospital appointment early on a Saturday morning my 7 year old wanted pancakes. A staff member helped me order and I had a double sausage and egg McMuffin, it was very nice. There were 3 pancakes and the syrup that came was enough for my daughter. Nice seating, friendly staff. The only issue is getting into the car park as the way in to park is the same way in for drive in and the queue was long so waited a couple of minutes before being able to get to a free space.

   When you found out that the queue in a restaurant is too long, just know straightway that the food is good and affordable. Such is my experience with Mcdonald over several years. Improved quality (healthy options) and good customer's service is another key factor.
