Lovely staff but always understaffed always waiting to use the tills as I pay in cash. Also a lack of healthy non processed options. I imagine neither of these will be fixed as I can only presume it is highly profitable running what is essentially a monopoly on the captive student population especially with the bus strikes.
Says they were open at 6am They were not. Waited 10 mins outside, lady was inside didn’t open the door.
Can't belive the managers hire people, that just sit around and look at their phone when you are right infront of them. When I approached the employee at the till she growned the price at me and sat back down on her phone. No smile, no hello, no goodbye. The girl treated me as if I had slept with her lover. How do people like that get jobs?
So awful, they shut early with no notice so now I have to go hungry. There were at least 6 staff in store and just looked at me and walked away. Actually fuming, poor service.
Completely unacceptable that Tesco stops stocking food as soon as term time ends - there are also people still having exams that first week. Been having to ride the bike into town, even in really harsh weather, just to get food to eat. It's not right to leave students on campus stranded over the break. Something needs to change.
Expensive, ripping off students, should be atleast 20% cheaper. Taking advantage of uni.

Good selection of food, a little expensive compared to larger stores, which is a shame as it's the only store on campus to buy essentials
