   order a mixed shish kebab! wish i hadn't ,it was terrible very chewy dry meat , thin strips not cooked on hot coals , not shish in the slightest i would avoid

   Oh my word!.. I've been blown away!.. Top quality, delicious taste, value for your money & the best service ever!.. We ordered takeaway, it only took 45 minutes & delivered piping hot, with a friendly smile.. I need to add that there was a problem with my credit card & we scanned it twice because the first transaction didn't go through, but the lovely lady that delivered came back to us in 15 minutes to give us cash back as she had discovered that it went through twice.. We would highly recommend this place without a doubt..

   Great chicken shish with chips, medium portion was smaller than in other chippies I used, but the ratio of everything was perfect and it tasted great! Can’t wait to try other stuff

   Really disappointed to say I ordered food for delivery through foodhub. Ordered and paid at 9.30pm was told delivery by 11pm. I called them just after 11 to ask if food would be here soon to be told they had attempted delivery 4 times and there was no answer. I explained that noone had been to my house, Id been in the whole time and was sat possibly 2 meters away from the front door in the living room so there was no way I had missed them knocking 4 times. I asked if she had read my instructions to get to the house as where we live the postcode takes you elsewhere, it was at this point she read those instructions and said they would deliver at some point but couldn't tell me when (therefore my understanding she went to the wrong address) I explained it was very late and that actually I'd rather go to bed than wait for the food if no ETA was available, it was 11.15 at this point so I didn't think this was unreasonable. I asked for a refund, I was shouted at and told no, she said she tried to call me but again no missed call on the number I left on the instructions. (which she hadn't read) Eventually she hung up on me and is refusing to refund. I have contacted foodhub to which she said informed them she had delivered, and therefore foodhub refused my refund also. As someone who works in this industry the last thing I wanted to do was leave a negative review, I had hoped to resolve this privately, however I am now left with no choice, I'd just like a refund of a product I never received, I don't think this is an unreasonable request!

   Disgusting dirty place ordered a burger it came with massive long black hair wound round the meat . I called and was hung up on disgusting repulsive food and repulsive attitude to their food standards . Rude to their customers and it’s like getting blood out of a stone if u want ur money back . They do not follow instructions on the invoice either so what’s the point of having it there ? The girls do not wear hair nets and they have hip length hair . Poor standards filthy people . Never arnser the phone either and the man’s really rude also every time their is a problem . Was told they would collect food but didn’t know when so they had no intentions in sorting it out it was left as it was all night . Now takeing food to the shop to show all the waiting customers their hairy food . Brackley kebab is the best place to eat they do rectify any problems refund or replace no arguments but these people exspect u to pay good money and pull their hairs out and be ignorant. I wouldn’t eat someone else’s hairy food if I was paid to so I do not exspect it if iv paid good money sort it out pizza rolls u used to be good when u care about ur customers and business will be reporting to the council first thing as u havnt had a good review in ages and they are all the same complaints

   DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I placed an order at 8.15pm to the Premier Inn down the road, I was told it should be 45 min but if they could do it sooner they would. I call at 9pm and am told they will be leaving the shop then and will be 10 mins max. I call back at 9.15pm and they lie and tell me the A43 is closed and they are en-route and will be around 5 mins. It's now 10pm and I have no pizza and have not eaten all evening :(
