   I visited my local store in Llansamlet where I do all my shopping. I used the self service . The two assistants were chatting about their hair and discussing items to buy. One was a regular member of staff who to be fair was pleasant. I had a voucher for Mirror paper. There is always an issue with these vouchers . I scanned it (1.90) and it said on screen to get assistance which I did . The young lady with a Christmas jumper came over and said”place it in the slot” I said you normally have to enter it manually. She turned away and said”I do know what I’m doing”. I did not question her knowledge. I always get a problem with the vouchers and the screen did say call for assistance. I must emphasise the lady with the uniform on was pleasant and helpful. I don’t think this is acceptable. That is why I’m posting a one star review. Not up to standard for Tesco

   As its almost impossible to contact anyone from the store. Myself and two others had a varied brunch here Saturday 22nd November and suffered an evening of pain and discomfort from food poisoning as this was the only food we had since early evening the previous day this waS the likely sorce. Not had problems before but maybe this should be looked at

   Tesco is my normal go to supermarket for our weekly shop. However that might change ! Visited today and picked up items from their dine in deal for £15. Before leaving the store I looked at the receipt to discover I had been charged in full for the 4 dine in deal items. Went to customer services and basically wasted 15 minutes trying to resolve. We were told that one of the items was not included in the deal. The lady on the desk even went to check in store. Ok fair enough but why were all the items I chose together in the same chiller cabinet and shelves. On arriving home I checked online and lo and behold all the items ARE INCLUDED in the deal. So something wrong in their computer system, shelf filling or staff training. I am not happy at being overcharged £5.25 for this deal - I only got it because of the offer. I will be taking up with their complaints department. So buyer beware - check your receipt carefully and stand your ground with customer service. I may well be an ex Tesco customer now. They are probably hoping shoppers won't notice ☹️

   Went in looking for a pokemon ETB, none on the shelves so asked a Tesco colleague if they had any in. She checked different aisles, called a coworker to help, put her cage away and even went out the back to find one. Amazing stuff, she’s a credit to the store. I didn’t catch her name but I’m sure her name tag started with an ‘E’, young girl with dyed black hair. She was on the Christmas aisle when I asked today (03/11). More staff like her are needed!

   Tesco - llansamlet, swansea. Very poor selection of frozen desserts, just a few cheesecakes. Gateaux and apple pie. The rest of the freezers are fully of ice cream and lollipops. Previously they sold every kind of frozen dessert you could wish for as well as the ice cream. Not sure what's happened but it seems I'll have to shop elsewhere for desserts. With this being a tesco extra store you expect more.

   Excellent customer care today at the self checkout. The store was extremely busy, nevertheless Chelsea took the time to help us scan our shopping, resulting in the process being stress free. She was cheerful and very patient.

   Just had the most disturbing shopping experience of my life sack the management 6 trolleys deep at the tills and half of them shut. Raised the point with staff member and she laughed at me!!

   Very nice after its refit, the bakery and butchers is a vast improvement. Electrical department has become very small and don't offer a full range, shame you can no longer see the televisions working to see the quality. Cafe is very nice and welcoming, nice to chill out before a big shop. Quick bites for your working lunch have all been conveniently placed on one place at the front of store.
