Absolutely ridiculous parking enforcement. I was just 14 minutes over the 1-hour limit at Tesco and received a parking fine. This is not about managing parking — it’s about penalising loyal customers. Instead of encouraging people to shop, Tesco allows aggressive parking companies to punish them. Very disappointing and leaves a bad taste. I’ll think twice before shopping here again.

A mixed bag....took ages to get in on 23rd December as rammed with Xmas shoppers. Then once we made it in to the car park, spent more time trying to actually find a parking space. We then met up with inlaws who were visiting for Xmas and had a pleasant enough coffee and toastie at the cafe. Then after trying to find a trolley, which took more time as they had all been taken, it was a case of fighting through the aisles to find everything for our Xmas meal. No turkeys left in the freezer and decided against paying £50 for a fresh one. Being unfamiliar with the store layout meant we took a long time with our elderly inlaws to find everything for Xmas. We eventually opted for the self checkout aisle, as the queues were terrible at the manned ones, and then had the horrific experience of trying to scan all our shopping whilst not missing any items and the loading area being too full, so having to ask an assistant over multiple times to help us. Absolute nightmare and somewhat embarrassing with so many people waiting! After leaving we found out we had to scan a code from our receipt to leave the car park but it did not accept the code and said we had overstayed the 2 hours which was frustrating and unknown to us (we hadn"t noticed the signage with the chaos outside). We asked Customer Services who were not interested and told us to phone a parking company Horizon Parking. We tried but no answer. Paid extra via the Your Parking Space website to avoid a fine. No doubt we'll get one anyway as the reviews for Horizon Parking are horrendous. All in all the whole experience was stressful and not to be repeated. The cafe was however good and reasonably priced.

Even when you are not from the area, you can find your favorite food with local brands. Me and my family stayed in a Airbnb and pass by Tesco for breakfast items, let me tell you I love Tesco food & fruit freshness and availability. Thank you Tesco, you made our trip cheaper!!!

Be careful in their car park. I stopped there to pick up a couple of things and did not know you had to validate parking. Got a 40 pound parking ticket! Won't be shopping at any tesco again in a hurry.

Unpleasant experience when I reached the self check out till. About 17.02 I paid for my shopping and I asked this lady about how to retrieve my free air freshener, she looked at me like I was annoying and spoke to me like I was poo on her shoes. Not once did she smile or offer me any help, Instead she just gave me evil looks which made me fell uncomfortable. She did not show "happy to help" Apart from that, shopping around the store is nice and I do save a lot with my club card.

Staff are terrible in the morning and rude Had my shopping in Tesco Marina Swansea and staff on till terrible there’s also no scanner open at 6:30 and any other Tesco store always has scan as you shop open at 6. Specially one staff name is Emma and she’s think she’s own the Tesco the way she treat customers is not great no smile and no great communication. Morning staff should be replaced honestly

Wow! Ran in to customer service to ask if I could get change for trolley. Told me they wouldn't give me change without buying something. Had a toddler in the car! And way about to do our usual weekly shop of over £100. Awful!!

Once again visited this store at approx 4pm on Wednesday 15th Feb- ridiculous queues at the 2 tills that they bothered to open pushing everyone towards the self service which I hate especially with a trolly full. I questioned if they were going to open other tills and young lad said they had no staff. There were 3 staff on customer services with no queue 3 in self serve and visible staff on the shop floor chatting - outside 2 ,more staff smoking. It is not like that on the adverts- I was waiting for 20 minutes in the queue - if thus was one off I wouldn't mind but it is most visits. Record profits but terrible service ....Well done managers for running such a rubbish service for your customers.

A great store with anything and everything you could be trying to find, there's also a hot counter and a meat counter. The only downside to this store is that it is incredibly busy all the time, and I mean crazily busy, like a rave. If you want to do a shop here without fighting to get up and down the aisles I would recommend going before 9AM or after 8pm.

Generally pretty decent but has trouble keeping stock on shelves towards end of the day. Staff is pretty helpful and friendly. Clean. But be mindful of the cooked food deli. I have had trouble with a dodgy tummy a couple of times after eating food from there. *** Note - takeaway deli, not the cafe.***
