   Staff are a mixture of lovely and helpful and detached to the point of rudeness, like they don’t even react, say thanks, or make eye contact when you thank them. I think customer service isn’t really for everyone.

   Staff helped me with a gentleman who had a fall badly hurt his head a female staff member knew the gentleman which was really helpful she helped getting things from the shop And helped until ambulance arrived Well done young lady thank you for helping me and the others to get him comfortable On a day off everyone avoiding each other was nice to see everyone come together

   Range of products slowly being dragged into the 21st century. Could do with a refurb and more space. Staff on the whole much friendlier and helpful than the local Tesco making this the Unthank Road convenience store of choice.
