This is a beautiful restaurant inside and has a very nice vibe. Unfortunately, our experience of the food and the service was shamefully poor on our visit today for my daughter's 20th birthday. There seemed to be only one young girl serving the entire restaurant. Despite there being only three other tables occupied when we arrived, the service was very slow. We ordered a Caesar salad which consisted of just lettuce leaves with some grated cheese and 3 croutons for £13. We paid an additional £5 for a small handful of chicken chunks to be added. We also ordered a Salmon dish from the 'Big Plates' section of the menu at £25. The salmon was tiny and overcooked on the outside and raw in the very middle. This came with two pieces of tender stem broccoli. Again, the size of the plate and the quality of the dish did not justify £25! We also ordered the little beef burgers from the "Small plates" menu. The burgers were very dry and the buns extremely tough. This dish cost £13. The beef tatiki dish consisted of two thinly sliced pieces of beef, no bigger than two rashers of bacon at a cost of £15! At no point did anybody approach our table after the food was served to see if everything was okay. I have never had a problem complaining if I feel a dish is not up to scratch in a restaurant. However, in this instance, the entirety of the order was of such poor quality and extremely tiny portion sizes that I felt utterly embarrassed. Having since reviewed other people's photos of the same dishes, it is extremely evident that the portions we were served today were considerably smaller than usual. To add further insult, when we received the bill, I was not made aware of a discretionary service charge of 10% which was pre-added at a cost of £10! I only noticed this on the receipt after I had left. I wasn't even given the option to add or remove this at the time of paying. I am more than happy to pay a tip where I feel the service and quality of the food warrant it. Based off my experience today, I definitely would not recommend this restaurant and I certainly won't be returning.

The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and the food is really delicious, especially the Croquettes. We were served by Sylvia and she was exceptional. We had such a lovely time, we are going to bring the rest of the family for Christmas

Lovely place, I regularly go for late lunches and the service is always lovely, the team can’t do enough for you and are great! Food is always great, my favourites are the popcorn chicken, prawn cocktail lettuce boats and avocado hummus, the flat iron steak, any of the sushi and poke bowls

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely appalling experience. My mum booked the private dining room for my 21st birthday celebrations. When we arrived, we were told no booking existed. Sandra—who we had spoken with multiple times—denied all knowledge, despite provisionally holding the space for us before we confirmed and paid the deposit. We were then handed menus with half of the options crossed out, as they claimed there were kitchen issues. At no point were we informed of this before driving 45 minutes to the restaurant. We had my elderly grandparents with us who would have had the roast and nothing else on the menu. The front-of-house staff were openly rude, rolling their eyes and saying they were “so over this.” Completely unprofessional. We weren’t the only ones—multiple other groups celebrating special occasions walked out due to the same shocking service. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to put things right. Truly disgraceful.

Had a fantastic experience at Victor’s Alderley Edge! We went for the bottomless brunch. Even though they’re 2 ‘small’ plates, we were so full by the end as the portion sizes are brilliant! The atmosphere was stylish and welcoming, and the service really stood out. Holly and Sylwia were absolutely brilliant - friendly, attentive and made sure everything was just right throughout our visit! Highly recommend for a special meal, bottomless brunch or drinks in a lovely setting – I’ll definitely be back!!

Located one end of the main high street, near the Giggling Squid restaurant Victors has a great atmosphere and’s lovely decor for those liking a good photo- ask the host on your way out. Now the food here is really good, two of us ate: Sour dough with 3 tasty butters Avocado houmous Sushi sampler Prawn tempura Truffle fries Crab tacos Chicken skewers Banana caramel cake We were absolutely stuffed! Sunday is popular for their roast dinner which looked epic and so there were lots of families enjoying two courses so a few dishes sold out. This didn’t impact us too much, just be mindful if your after a specific dessert or dish it may sell out on popular days. Service was good, although we didn’t realise we needed to get up to go to the till to pay and waited at our table a while for no reason with the bill. Definitely returning as the menu was just the right amount of variation that you leave wanting to try more.

Fantastic restaurant! Will be coming back for sure. Really nice food. Very attentive wait staff even though the venue was full the staff couldn't do enough to help. From taking the time to talk though some dishes on the menu, to taking pictures. We came here for a birthday and they suprised us with a sparkler a slice of the cake my partner had ordered. They play music but it isn't so loud that you can't have a decent conversation. Everyone had a smile on their faces which was refreshing to see people who genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. The flowery decor looked really nice! Overall a great place to come and celebrate your special occasion or just have a great time and some good food.

It's a very pretty restaurant, you just need to ask to sit in the flowery room. It was very busy. Food was OK, some of the small plates like sushi, crab, chicken and truffle fries were nice. Squid was very smoky. I think the best dessert was the chocolate & peanut bomb, pineapple dessert was a bit basic, and alaska was very sweet. Selection of mocktails was OK, even though non alcoholic spritz was a bit sour. Overall, it's not a cheap place and it does typical posher type of Asian food. Service was hit and miss, noone offers to take your coats at the door, was a bit slow at times. Other than that, house music was good and loud which is good choice for drinking but maybe too noisy for eating. Overall, we had a great time. I think I would go back.

Lovely, trendy restaurant with perfect Asian-American fusion dishes. The small plates were absolutely perfect for sharing and trying different bites. Cocktails were very reasonable and quite interesting ones as well. Servers were all so helpful and kind, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Thank you, Victors!
