On Boxing Day Was going to buy a big box of popcorn to find everything on that pallet was out of date Though they meant to do date checks Had to show staff to get them removed
I arrived from Heathrow at 10pm needing to get some groceries, I spent about 100 quid here and charged my car the thrives that manage the car park UKPC tried to charge me 60quid for parking despite being a customer of two services then on appeal with proof of shopping and charging they ignored all evidence, found in their own favour (surprise) and threatened me with higher fees if I appeal to the ombudsman. I have used this tesco many times on trips back to Wales over many years. Never again until they ditch this vile company and stop punishing their customers.

had such an amazing woman helping me with my shopping, i desperately needed help as I had surgery only 8 days ago & couldn’t manoeuvre around normally so she kindly looked at several packs of ride noodles for me as I couldn’t reach them or gain access to them she literally accompanied me down aisles to see if there was anything else I needed .. she made the shopping effortless and so easy .. I didn’t catch her name but she was working midnight into the 12th of this month.. and she was just so down to earth & was willing to do anything to help ..
Decent stock in this one. Also... they have these Maggi Liquid seasonings and you just can't seem to find them anywhere. WORTH IT
My sim decided to stop working the day I'm going in holiday so I popped into Tesco in Forrest fach, and the lady who served me in the mobile shop was amazing! She sorted everything out within minuets. She really was great, fabulous service, thank you

I've worked in retail, I DO appreciate the need to prevent theft... But today, my daughters and I would have spent an extra £120 in store if we could've tried on some of the clothes in Tesco (apparently ALL Tesco changing rooms are now permanently closed). It was our last day in the UK before flying home, so we couldn't just try the items on at home, and return them to the store if they didn't fit. And no, the staff's suggestion to "buy the clothes, try them on in the Tesco's toilet, and return them if they don't fit"... we aren't doing that... I also wanted to buy a £65 suitcase, but the security locks prevent customers from being able to open the suitcases. You can't see what the cases are like inside. I ended up buying a suitcase elsewhere, later that afternoon. Poor service, guys... really poor service.
The instore bakery has the nicest bread anywhere but they have cut back so much there is never any left to buy. I was told the last baking time was around 12. If you work there is none left by 4pm. Yes they now have zero waste but they are also losing a massive amount of sales. Because of this I now have to shop in Sainsbury as they always have nice fresh bread to buy.
As I left this store this afternoon with other customers the security alarm went off. I was stopped by a man who said he wanted to see my receipt. I did not have one as the self serve till I used has the option not to print a receipt. The 'security guard' said it should have. I went back through the door no alarm, I went through the door again no alarm. The security man just stood there and watching me saying nothing. I went to the customer service desk and explained to a helpful member of staff who sorted it out for me. No apology was given to me by the man and he was watching me when I walked to my car which made me feel very uncomfortable. Not a nice experience.
