Always like Itsu but today I had an accident with the Teriyaki sauce which had a loose lid and poured all over my lunch. The chap kindly agreed to replace my lunch which I thought was jolly decent of him. Great customer service. Well done team Itsu Milton Keynes

First off, Iβm not sure if I even enjoyed the meal, mainly because of how unclean the place was. It completely threw me off. I donβt mind one or two tables left messy, but I went from one tableβ¦ sticky. Another tableβ¦ sticky. Then another round the backβ¦ still sticky. Do you guys realise how disgusting your tables are? I couldnβt rest my arms without feeling like they were glued down, like a sweaty testical stuck to a thigh on a hot day. Itβs like they havenβt been scrubbed in years β that greasy oven-fan kind of feeling. Honestly, I wouldnβt suggest eating in unless you enjoy peeling yourself off the furniture. Back to the food β I only had one item, but I felt too uncomfortable to properly enjoy it. It came crammed into a tiny paper cup, which was just awkward. I wasnβt expecting fine dining, but it felt like punishment noodles. Maybe Iβll try delivery next time and actually eat it on a plate in peace. Right now though, all I can remember is how disgustingly sticky those tables were.

A good example of an Itsu. The Korean noodle tub has a fabulous taste. Our server was very helpful as we described the dishes that weβd had before and she helped us to identify what they were. The toilet does let this venue down. *** Update: Second visit 24-05-25 Service was ok. There were no pink spoons anywhere. So, I had to ask for one. Our food was hot and ready to eat. The waitress filled-up the pink spoon receptacle, and when I asked for one, again, as she was filling them up, she seemed very put out. If it were me, Iβd had given one to the customer first and then filled them up. The counter tops (tables) were quite sticky. Need cleaning.

Two of us came for brunch. I had Korean spicy veggie noodles with vegetable meat balls and my friend had Famous coconut chicken. Very good food. Cool place to sit. I will come again.

Loved it. Wish there was an itsu local to us in the West Midlands. This is the first time we've been to one whilst visiting MK and we were super impressed by the quality given its fast food. Would have this for lunch every day if we had one near us. Very good!

I LOVE itsu!!! I had my itsu delivered last week by deliveroo and it was lovely! And today I went into the actual restaurant to get my lunch and it was really nice, the inside is amazing and the outside seating where I sat was nice also with benches with cushions on. I had some sushi for lunch today with the fruit pot! Was lush and will be returning.

Absolutely fantastic location to eat. A must try. The food is amazing. The service was fantastic. The lasy went above and beyond to make sure we was looked after. Got some great tables to either sit with others or somewhere for a couple to sit.

Super quick service and great food. Weird to see no cool bar and just the order screens, but times change. Very nice atmosphere with the low lights and provides a space away from the busy centre
