   Great staff, great food and great prices!! Our server was lovey and so was the young gentleman who gave us our food! I believe his name was Charlie but we had a nice conversation which left us feeling very welcome. Overall great service and will be coming back

   It’s Wagamama, so the food is pretty much what you’d expect – everything comes prepped from the central kitchen and cooked by the book, which makes it consistent across locations. This branch is inside a mall, so it can get quite busy, but the service really stood out. The staff were attentive, kind, and quick – no delays at all. Overall, a reliable spot if you’re looking to enjoy some Asian food in a lively setting.

   Great atmosphere in here. The staff were nice and the service was slow but given the amount of people in the restaurant it is understandable. The drinks we had were very nice - their range of mocktails are amazing, and i’d happily come here just for the drinks. The shus shiok chicken was the highlight of the meal. The chicken was so lemony and tender, and the kimchi was delicious.

   I started the rating before my food arrived because the manager was awesome from the get go. Welcoming, friendly, Tiago is a credit to Wagamama. He is efficient, tireless and accommodating. Unfortunately, my salad wasn’t as exciting. I was drawn to it because it said “new” on the menu. Three prawns and a few small strips of chicken under browned lettuce leaves. Not to be ordered again.

   Food was fresh and hot, vegan and vegi choices are reasonable. The vegan starters are brilliant but spicy and the main wasn't that great. All in all worth a try but not our cup of tea.

   Good food and good drinks. We really enjoyed the quality of the preparations, across the board. However, there was one thing that can be improved. This place is jam packed with people, especially on weekends. This results in the staff being stretched and hence, service suffers. We had to wait very long times to order and for the bill, and to reorder drinks. This is something that should improve, but otherwise this place is very highly recommended.

   Wonderful ambience, spacious and private seating and all meals were pact with flavour. My teenage daughter is vegetarian /vegan and she suggested here and we had a lovey lunch with generous portion sized meals. Took one star off for chasing up cutlery and napkins which needed to be on the table in the first place and meals were brought out sporadically which meant at least one of us sitting with our meal waiting whilst minutes went by for food/side orders when it's nice to actually recieve all our food at the same time and start eating together. Waited too long to be asked for desert so decided to leave and paying was slow too. Would 100% revisit and recommend. Really wanted to give you 5 Stars.
