Great produce, shame about the staff. When buying my food etc... the man didn't talk to me or even make eye contact. He was trying to sort out his holidays on the staff rota with another team member. In any job customer service is vital, very disappointed
It's a co-op. Convenient, standard selection, slightly inflated prices and the most pedantic self serve tills of all of the supermarket chains. This particular one has a most peculiar perfume as you enter. A cross between rotten cabbage and a mains sewer. It's a handy way to put you off food and focus on what you came for when you happen to be shopping hungry.
Brilliant Co Op really handy and also the staff absolutely great. Special thanks to Dean who goes way and above to help especially my elderly mother - nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Such a pleasant place to shop and the staff make it all the more special - they really do care and respect the community and support it especially Dean - huge thanks
Went into shop and bought two items. Lady and myself stood at the till for ten minutes and no one there. Lady went looking for someone eventually found chubby boy with black hair said he would come soon. Few minutes later this boy ambled around the corner looking like he really didn't want to be there. No apologies and was more concerned with his hair than serving anyone. Really obnoxious and no personality whatsoever. Someone like this can drag your store down. He grunted at me ave you got a co op card and when I told him no it was like someone killed his car. No thank you or bye when leaving and the woman behind me shook her head. Never again if he's there.
A very handy coop, staff are lovely. You may have to queue at times.
Nice little co-op, good parking & a good selection of products
Often poorly stocked and when stocked, poor selection. Tills normally abandoned leaving you to deal with a malfunctioning self service machine that needs staff to reset it for nearly every customer making itself redundant.
Good local shop to me, decent parking for the size of the shop.. not bad prices, decent selection. The staff are very nice. Only one self service checkout though which is a negative for me, the queues can sometimes be long also but overall a great shop, I mainly shop here.
