   Waitress stands out at the top for me in Supermarkets . Produce arranged to look appealing to eye, fresh, colourful and extremely an encouragement to buy. Great store. Top quality.

   Visited the store for a small shop, had to speak the the lady on customer services who I have to say had no customer service skills whatsoever. She was condescending in her attitude and treated me as if I was daft ! Not happy. Could not get the products i needed as shelves seemed empty in places, staff who were about were chatting amongst themselves not really bothering to do anything. Other Waitrose stores I visit are excellent and are nothing like this one so what is wrong with Wymondham. I think I'll stick to my usual store .

   Always clean, well organised, good selection of products. Staff have always been friendly and approachable. Never had a queue at the checkouts. The scan and shop works well. John Lewis collection point very convenient. Free coffee for Waitrose card holders. Quickly becoming our go-to store.

   The service was welcoming but the value for what we received was extortionate. 2 jacket potatoes, these were tiny for the cost. The staff were friendly but in or out of this climate it's not somewhere I intend on going again due to the value for money. Disappointing.

   Excellent coffee as always, today enjoyed a freshly made sourdough baguette which was exceptional. The partner serving us was really helpful and went out of her way to ensure we had the information we needed to make the right sandwich choice. We regularly go to the Waitrose cafe and always have a positive experience. The prices are also very reasonable.

   Lovely clean store with lots of fresh produce on offer. Lovely deli and cooked food counters well stocked with a variety of goods. The freshly baked bread smelt amazing and the cakes looked very tempting! The huge bottle of rose wine caught my eye as you can see in my photos! No one can resist that! The selection of groceries on offer here are well worth a wonder round, plenty on offer that's not available in other stores. Staff seemed friendly enough too. There's also a cafe hidden away in the corner that was busy so must be good!! Plenty of parking, trollies are free and there is scan as you shop. Public toilets situated near the checkouts.

   A great balance of products considering the median size of the store. Very friendly staff, clean toilets and efficient layout. My only dislike is the horrible car park entrance and exit. However I understand that the shape of the site gave several limitations for their Road options. The partnered Shell garage is cheaper than most Shells for fuel, but a penny or 2 more a liter than other supermarkets. It does however have free air and water, although the vacuum is pay to use. The fish selection is great particularly good value of Fridays. (See pictures for the discounts.) Included in my images is a selection of the medical isle. This is what I would call every real medicine they provide. There is other things like suncream, dental, sanitary etc... But for the items which are for illnesses, the image shows their selection. They have good opening hours and I like the hand held scan as you shop feature for saving time, however I looked up the manufacturer of the scanners and their website basically boasts that when the average customer uses them, they spend more money. So it's a double edged sword.
