Rip off fuel these days, used to be good. 2p+ more expensive than independent locals for diesel. Also sign doesn't work, for more than a week, which is probably illegal

Simply the best. Lovely staff, clean floors and great choice for lunch food.

Disappointing customer service from a long haired male cashier. Was pleasant enough with customers in front, not really sure what the issue was with me if I'm honest but I was looked at and spoken to like garbage.

Sadly not a great experience at all, on walking around the store lighting was pretty poor, salad bar needed the POS strips cleaned and replaced was covered in food debris from god knows when, freezers were so full of ice and doors were also iced up, then a visit to the cafe that was the final straw, empty shelves no choice at all, floor was filthy and needed a dam good sweep, service was poor then to be told no hot food, general cleanliness not good tables sticky did not feel that they had been cleaned properly at all, coffee machines omg what can I say don’t have a coffee until this he as been sorted pics attached, service area where fridges are and the ceiling edge of cafe store side in state of disrepair enough to put any customer off

I have visited this store twice this week to collect items through Too Good To Go, only to be informed both times that they were unavailable. This has resulted in a frustrating waste of my time and fuel. The repeated experience feels unfair and gives an impression of discriminatory treatment.

Food is good quality, easy to get to and shelves are kept well filled. Great to see fish, meat and food counters rather than everything pre-packed. Minus 1 star because no trolley park near disabled bays and trolley bay near the door is constantly empty. Minus another because the prices have gone up more than the competition. Such a shame as it has always been my go-to supermarket.

Rules are different here than any other store. Don't go for a salad... they don't use fresh food don't open before 9am if your lucky and they never have a full selection. I feel pity for the staff the managers are putting them under so much stress. Avoid !

Popped in for a coffee and a tasty sausage bap. Quick and polite service. Picked up a few things in the shop - good prices.

Cafe disappointing. Cold microwaved breakfast. Teapot had the last customers used teabag still in it. Tables not cleared even though there was plenty of staff. One staff member sat on her backside on her phone. When the staff finally came to clear tables it was half hearted and most tables were left dirty while staff member disappeared and not be seen again. Recommend a good shake up of staff or replace. I can honestly say that was the worst breakfast I've had. Yuck

Over-priced, products on offer (e.g. 2 for £3 etc) never register at checkout, some staff are rude, never any trolleys and the trolleys they do have are rusty, broken and dangerous. It must be a nightmare for those who have disabilities. All these problems are a result of incompetent management. The danger of cost cutting will result in more lost custom, like mine. I'm never going to shop at this store again, plenty of alternatives.
