   Some poor homeless person. had erected his tent near the trolleys.The actual supermarket stocks a lot less bread nowadays and unless you purchase goods on offer it is expensive.They do have a good selection of fruit and vegetables and not enough till staff,I had to wait 13 minutes before I could load my shopping onto the conveyor.

   Instore layout is the best thing. Easy self serve check out with helpful staff. Could be faster returning devices to the cradle as sometimes there's none available

   1 manned till open in the entire store. The rest are self check out with long queues. Hardly any staff available. And when you do use smart shop it flags on the system staff need to scan 15 items so may as well just kept the tills open for the staff to scan the products in the first place!

   Don't get me wrong, I rarely have problems with this Location but recently I've been getting rather frustrated with whoever stocks the loaves of bread, most of the packaging is either ripped (has holes in) or nearly ripped where the packaging has been pulled or tugged, causing weakness that eventually turns into holes and ruins the freshness of the product, for example their own brand white bread and the hovis thick soft white bread that I buy, if this is not resolved I may have to find somewhere else to buy from as this is having an effect in the quality of the product I as the customer purchase on a weekly basis. I've seen this issue for months now but it seems to be getting increasingly worse and seems to show sheer carelessness from the staff stocking this area in particular. The pictures below are 1 example of this. Yes you could try to blame this on customers, but when it's the same thing week in week out, and it's on the scale I keep finding it, it's hard to place blame on anyone other than the workers, as I have not seen this issue in any other supermarkets.

   Car park is filty, travelator constantly broken currently been out of action for over a month. Only 1 lift working this morning, ,no signage to say it was broken so you just get to stand in it and press the buttons to find out Member of staff laughed and said you'll be lucky when asked to speak to a manager. The whole store is dirty and I'm need of a refurb. The floors have needed replacing since the 90s. Honestly spend some money on this store or close it !!! Utterly disgusting and disgraceful

   Travelator has not been working for weeks ... Parts not available until next march... Ridiculous.... Lifts... Sometimes only one working. The one with dbl doors in is ridiculously slow..... Trollies ... Cannot control properly.... Baskets .... Either handles broken or wires sticking out ....or both ... Plus ... Most of the time theres none on entry....... The whole place looks dilapidated.... Old fashioned and very out of...... Insufficient area in self serve..... All the tills only two or three working.....
