   Had a bad experience in the store, 23/12 around 2:45 pm. Lady at the till refused to help me find the product in a rude manner. Don’t want to come back to this store again , should teach your staff some customer service.

   Visited this Tesco around 6:40pm and had a really disappointing experience. The staff at the till was blunt and seemed more interested in chatting with a colleague than acknowledging customers. I wasn’t greeted, wasn’t told the total, and didn’t even get a “thank you” at the end. Just pure silence and attitude like I was bothering her. It wasn’t even that busy, but there was zero effort to be polite or professional. Honestly, it felt like basic customer service was completely missing. If this is how regular customers are treated, I won’t be coming back anytime soon

   I just went in to grab a couple of energy drinks — I’m 23 and clearly look my age — but the lady at the cashier treated me like a criminal. She refused to serve me because someone else earlier tried to buy an energy drink without ID. What does that have to do with me? That’s not how customer service works. I was more than happy to show my ID, but instead of handling the situation professionally, she started shouting at me in front of other customers, saying “Don’t show me your ID on your phone! I want to see it in real life!” I’ve never been treated this rudely in my life. She was negative, unhelpful, and honestly gave Tesco a terrible image. If she doesn’t like dealing with people, maybe she shouldn’t be in customer service. Very unpleased and will avoid this location in the future.

   Rude and unfriendly member of staff. My daughter who is 30 wanted me to stop off to buy a particular brand of bread. I asked her to buy me 20 cigarettes whilst I waited in the car. She came back a few minutes later - with the bread but no cigarettes. She was told as she had no ID she was unable to serve her. My daughter asked how old she thought she looked and she said 25. So I went in and pointed out the sign where it said if you look under 25 you need ID. Bearing in mind she told my daughter she looked 25 even though she is 30 I asked her why she didn’t serve her then??? I then asked her if she wanted to see a copy of her passport that I have in my photos and she said no. Ok then! I then asked for the cigarettes I wanted and she wouldn’t serve me in case I was buying them for her. My question is even if I was buying them for her - which I wasn’t - don’t you have to be 18 to smoke. She was very rude and abrupt. I will not be shopping there again.

   Had an awful experience just now! There was a Asian looking lady serving at the counter and she didn’t had a name tag and she was very rude and not professional at all. We wanted to have few alcohol drinks to celebrate and we asked price for a one specific drink and she asked my ID for it and the people I am 30 years old and when I tried to show my Id she told me to go back to the line and come back just to tell me the price of the drink! I never experienced this type of unprofessional behavior in any of the tescos. Would never step on this store!!!!

   Good for what it is, a bit small but that's the unit, not the tescos. a bit better than one stop as more modern including self checkouts.

   Upon entering Tesco, I joined the queue and the cashier immediately started at me and continued to eyeball me which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was being assessed to pass some sort of criteria. I am a person and don't expect to be treated like this. This cashier need to learn customer service and learn to not intimidate people.

   Good small format store with slightly shorter opening hours. Good for last minute bits to grab or for lunch items. Contains a small selection of bakery goods as well as BWS and frozen items, flowers and limited fresh.

   Small convenience store in the main parade of shops. Car parking space outside can be non existing at times. during busy times with the other store's and banks using the same spaces. other car parking are available at nearby carparks and on the surrounding streets.
