I absolutely love this place! Quite shocked at the bad reviews, if you don't like Oriental food you won't like it, but if you do, you can't go wrong! Lovely staff, delicious food, reasonable pricing. I especially love the caramel chicken. 10/10 highly recommended!
I came here for the first time today and I'm absolutely shocked at the reviews. I ordered noodles with sweet & sour chicken as a take out and not only was the price very reasonable but the portion size was massive! The food itself is definitely one of the best Chinese takeouts I've had in a very long time. I thoroughly enjoyed my order which was packed with flavour with high quality ingredients. I can't think of a single negative thing within my experience. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend!
This review is months too late but i came here wity a friend back in July and i was met with terrible customer service. Staff on shift that day were rude and not easy to approach. It was my first time ordering from chopsticks in months so i wasn't sure how it worked and even though the restaurant was silent, literally no one in there i felt extremely rushed. The staff were rude and didn't help me figure out how it worked and they weren't approachable and i was too scared to ask for help because they seemed annoyed i was there just trying to get some food. Will not be coming back
We ordered two items of food only to find out one of them was a completely different item. We then decided to try it anyway after getting a £10 refund and to our actual surprise it was absolutely disgusting. Caramel Drizzle was vile and then the Beef Teriyaki that was the wrong item anyway was absolutely vile too. A horrible smell lingered on the rice and noodles and both left a weird aftertaste in our mouths. Went straight in the bin. Will not be going back.
This place is great! It's often quite, and Aircon cooled, the food is amazing, tastes great, and the portions for price are outstanding. A medium box is actually really filling. They also do blue light/student discounts. My favourite is medium noodle box with soy chicken and firecracker chicken toppers.
If I could have scored it 0 I would have done. Even though salt and pepper potatoes show as a main on the website, I was told by staff I could not have them as a main and had to pay extra. Chicken and pumpkin was soggy and slimey and rice was really really dry. Ended up chucking it away and won't be back. Poor imitation at Chinese food.
We tried Chopstix for the first time yesterday and even with us being fussy eaters we really enjoyed it, food was delicious and plenty of options, the only thing I would critique is the temperature of the restaurant itself, it was very cold sitting inside but I'm putting that down to weather conditions. Could do with some kind of heating system. Staff were very kind and patient and explained all the menu and options to us and what we would prefer based on our tastes
Chopstix is one of my favourite places to eat at. It’s so convenient as the food is already made and you just select what toppings you want. The toppings are amazing and there’s so much variety of flavours to choose from. A bonus is that all the calories are written which helps me make healthier decisions on my diet. Amazing food definitely recommend. Also the staff are absolutely lovely, they’re doing a great job keeping a positive atmosphere and I’ve always been satisfied with their service
Superb! Plentiful amounts in each box, a fair selection of toppings and sides. Quite a small place, impossible to sit-in during busy periods. Staff and service were excellent
