Ordered on Deliveroo, was over half hour late. Phoned the restaurants, they couldn’t care less. The delivery driver, who worked direct for the business was very dismissive also. I’d advise not to order.
Really bad behaviour, mainly the lady over there. Rude and insulting. Food not made according to my dietary guidelines.
Just had my first and last meal from here. My sirloin was just lumps of unrendered fat. Even my cat wouldn't eat it. Everyone else enjoyed theirs.
The best, authentic Chinese food in Swansea by far. Very friendly and really fantastic dishes. I eat here at least once a month and it’s consistently great.
Having spent time living in China, this is possibly the best Chinese food I've had in the UK. Such an exciting array of dishes to try - everything we had was completely delicious, all very fairly priced, and we were received with such great hospitality. I wish I lived in Swansea so I could go here more often!
The food is awesome. Feels like the best chinees cuisine in Swansea. Beef Chow mein is my personal choice. Both the dine in and delivery service is fantastic
I have tried different dishes from this restaurant, all dishes were fresh and tasty. The hotpot meals are particularly good because the facilitation is excellent and you can eat at your own pace in individual pots. I love the Chinese food here.
Not a good experience. The owner was being very shouty at me because of my youth . She thought that I was a bully to her daughter or something. I tried to order a chicken chowmein but I only received noodles and I was rushed out of the shop as soon as I received the order . Also the noodles were filled with stuff that was unusual like hair for example . I ended up feeling sick the next day
I ordered sweet sour chicken on Jan 1 and was very good. My family we ordered two today and they gave us two smaller containers. If put together maybe the amount got first time as they didn't even fill the smaller containers. The first time the larger container was filled properly. Therefore payed twice as much for maybe half the food very disappointed and sad my family didn't have enough food and our dinner was ruined everyone upset. I don't know if they ran out of food or what but was very wrong what we were served and charged. The store gave refund so I am thankful for this. The food otherwise was good and I am upping my review because even though there was an issue they addressed it.
